I needed a spare tire/wheel assembly so I filled out their quote form on the website for a price. They emailed me shortly after with a price that was decent including shipping to my home address. I ordered the wheel assembly and it arrived a couple days later. Good company to deal with.

Cool little place. Not sure if I'd have them perform my heart surgery for me but then again they are not surgeons. They sell trailer gear and fire that stuff I'd definitely have them cover my needs from small to large. Cool little place nice people.

I bought a hotwater on demand unit from Trailer Canada in St. Paul and it was just over $900. I wasn't sure this unit was going to work for me and i made this clear at the time of purchase though they did not mention any thing about the return policies they have. When I brought it in 2 days later still perfectly in the box they pointed to the sign on the wall above thier head and out of site which said 'Restocking fee 25%' so with this applied they told me they would only return about $630, stealing $270 from me. I'm not sure what a 'restocking fee' is and i have never heard of it before. Beware of this when you shop here. Also I found them to be very condescending. Just not a good experience in all.

Super helpful, found them after searching all around St.Paul for trailer tires. They were the only place that had some.

Good selection but the continuous reminders that they want payments in advance for products not in stock is annoying . It's not like it's the customers fault it's not in stock and this behaviour seems prevalent no matter how much business you have done with them previously. It may be understandable but wait till the customer decided if they want to buy first as it seems out of place while just browsing.

Terrible customer service. Called twice about getting a quote and got told I needed a measurement that ended up being irrelevant and then got pricing. Went in to order the item and got told they havnt sold that they don’t sell that product. Will never deal with them again.

Needed a ‘Sealed Bearing Hub’ could not find one in Canada. Then tried Trailer Canada and we found Brian’s response quick and informative. He sent us a quote …we confirmed the needed part and placed our order. The part landed on our doorstep two days later. Brian followed up with the order You don’t get personal service anymore.
