I cannot say enough good things about this yoga studio from the great experience, welcoming and accepting atmosphere to amazing instructors!I was always reluctant to start my yoga journey and especially after having a bad experience at another studio but I am happy to have taken the leap at La Sana Yoga!! If you are new, you have nothing to worry as the instructors and the community are very accepting of different levels and learning! Take the leap and you will not regret it! :)

I love this place. Best HOT yoga in stoney creek and east end of Hamilton. Their instructors are well trained at every level. IF you're looking for a friendly, comfortable, and helpful yoga place, then this is it . l highly recommend book a class you will be impressed. Lots of free parking and easy access from the packing lot .

Absolutely love this yoga studio! The atmosphere is so relaxing, & the studio is so clean! All staff make you feel welcomed and are incredible instructors. I've been to many yoga studios but the one is the best one yet. If you're looking for a place to flow, this is it. 10/10 recommend! Thank you La Sana Yoga!

Such a beautiful community to practice yoga. The staff at the studio are knowledgeable and eager to assist you in deepening your practice with their diverse skills! I had the pleasure of attending their Spa Yoga workshop which was such a wonderful experience! A great way to relax at the end of the weekend and also gain opportunities to learn new things to add to your own practice.I can’t wait for the next one!

I love La Sana Yoga! I have been coming here for several months and I can hands down say it is the best yoga experience I’ve had. You will not find this type of care and expertise anywhere else in the city. I came from a large studio in Toronto where I was always unsure if I was doing the poses correctly. It was so refreshing to come here and have the instructors help correct my poses and make me feel like I was growing in my practice. The community surrounding this studio is warm and welcoming and I always look forward to their classes! Highly recommend to everyone whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi.

La Sana Yoga is such a wonderfully, relaxing studio with welcoming instructors and diverse customers of all ages and levels in their practice. The instructors always encourage you to only go as far your body is telling you to that day and this creates such a no pressure experience for class. The team makes signing up for classes super easy with their online platform and they always have monthly offers and workshops to support living your best life! Would recommend!
