Galiano Moped and Boat Rentals Ltd
We boated into Montague bay early August of 2022 and wanted to see the island. Frank (owner) rented us three eBikes with which we toured the island. Frank was very helpful, patiently showed us use of the bikes (none of us had ridden eBikes previously), and marked up an island map for us with good places to see. The bikes worked very well, had plenty of charge to tour for a few hours without much pedaling effort.

All Aboard!!!! Great rental company for boats and mopeds. We rented a boat to take a tour around Galiano. It’s a small boat 70hp but perfect for sunny days in the gulf islands. We did go up around point into the Salish Sea which the boat could handle but not best to go into if the sea is churning. Fantastic way to see the islands especially if you are a local as it gives one a totally different perspective of what Galiano has to offer and its appearance.Galiano has so much to offer thank you to all the wonderful service providers who make this location so special.

We had SO much fun renting e-bikes for the day! Frank was super helpful, showing us everything we needed to know about the bikes, giving great tips of where to go and how to get there, and picking us up/driving us back afterwards. We were only on Galiano Island for a couple days, but so happy to spend one on e-bikes. Thanks again Frank!

We decided to rent the 17ft motor boat from Galiano Moped &Boat Rentals. I was nervous at first, but we met Frank and it was smooth sailing from there. He was kind, friendly, and honest.Regardless of whether you’re renting a boat or moped, Frank is definitely a straight shooter, and is great to do business with. If you’ve got a little boating experience, I’d HIGHLY recommend renting a boat. The prices were reasonable for an experience that was priceless! Thanks Frank!

Fantastic service and a must-do on Galiano! We rented mopeds from Frank (owner) who is so kind and helpful! Frank provided detailed recommendations of places to visit on the island for sight seeing and dining. We went around Bellhouse Park, the bluffs, and visited some other viewpoints that Frank recommended. It is a much different and fun experience when you travel via a moped throughout the island. We also stopped by Scoops for the most delicious fish and chips!! Thank you, Frank!

Was easy to reserve to bikes by emailing the owner (Frank). Frank is easy going and gave lots of tips on things to do and see on Galiano. Highlight was the Retreat Cove natural sandstone cave.Be aware that the bikes are fat tire and heavy. And the roads are constant uphill and and downhill so you have to be comfortable riding a bike at high speeds. Of course the uphill is very easy with the ebikes!
