Dorwood Mobile Home Park

The community is quiet. The park is pretty but the management is terrible!!!! We called multiple times over a week to get our septic pumped and they waited until our toilet and everything was backing up and flowing all over our floor. Not only do we now have to deal with the mold it cause but we also now have to pay someone to come fix our plumbing because the septic backed up and clogged it. For how many bad reviews there were they don’t seem to care enough to change it.

Constantly being harassed by the manager she needs to be fired she Constantly let's her friends break the same rules that she enforces on people she doesn't like. You think with how much nobody likes her she would be fired for made to change but I guess the new owners don't like making money.

There is always a problem with contacting management, lost rent checks that are cashed, and no organization. My mother is still being charged a pet fee when the pet has not been there in months. The pet fee is for a dog run" which is smaller than the sheds allowed and is placed in the run down children's play area. Management has nothing better to do then nit pick based on who she likes. If your buying a mobile home as is please check ALL plumbing and electrical before you buy it. They said all new plumbing and there maintenance didn’t even have the plumbing connected and didn’t even line up to the sink. The electrical outlet for the stove was cut under the trailer and new wire had to be rerun. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom wasn’t hooked up right as well. I bought a trailer for my daughter and had to spend a couple more thousand to fix all there maintenance screw ups. We emailed the lady who runs the park and of course she stated you purchased it as is. There maintenance has no business being maintenance. Very disappointed and only been in a month

The manager Michelle is so extremely rude and unfriendly. She makes the park a horrible place to live. She really needs to work on her people skills. She doesn't answer her phone. When she does get ready for a nasty attitude. Her boss needs to find her replacement. She harasses anyone that isnt her friend about any little nonsense she can find. Like I said she makes the park an unpleasent place to live and something needs to be done about her!!!

They didn't tell there residents that they where doing away with the laundry room. So don't always think you'll get a notice about things you should. Just so you know I live here so I know. Just trying to let others be aware of things they should know.

Rather not identify myself because I worry about harassment from park management.Ever since they made the announcement of paving a new driveway, it been hell. It took them months before they actually finished our driveways, and even then they're terribly made and left debris all over our yards. I was injured many times with property also damaged from said debris. My own parent was injured badly because of the crude scheduling of completing the pavement.It's disgusting that the management was so strict on our property appearance with enforcement of fees, but show us no respect in return when it comes to protecting our own property when they commit to something that we don't even get to consent for.Please don't live here. Nothing is up to date (electric, septic, etc.) and the management will treat you poorly. The trailers are not worth it.

Friendly people and a very attractive woman assisted me while delivering packages in the area. Thanks woman who lives on A street. Small quite community that seems like most are truly neighborly. Well kept and clean area out in the country. Seems like a nice place to call home. Not sure if any place is available for purchase or rent, but if you're looking for a place to live in the area, this area seems reasonable, close to 2 major cities, but far enough away not to have to deal with city nonsense.

Constantly changing ownership leads to constantly changing rules which leads to unhappy residents. The office staff is rude and management is in no hurry to sell available units. The playground is disappointing and the new dog park? run? is a joke. There are cats everywhere and though I'm sure they keep away rodents, they could do without the constant breeding and urine. With the price of lot rent rising yearly one would think they would offer some improvements that benefit the current residents, not just the empty trailers.

If people minded there own business in this trailer park that I have lived in now for 3 months and haven't had any problems because me ND my fiancee keep to ourselves maybe if more people did that this trailer park wouldn't be as bad or a problem at all just saying everyone has a opinion and that's ours we love love the park so far coming from the west side of Buffalo
