Had a AC install with Rick and Robert. Came early than expected which was great. They stayed a few hours and installed everything nice and neat. Cleanup was almost nothing as they did a great job keeping the space tidy as possible. Placement of the AC unit was great and showed professionalism for the entire task. Also gave a small walkthrough of the AC unit and it's usability. Great team

We had very good service from Dylan for our long list of plumbing issues. He patiently fixed everything efficiently. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were communicated to us and were reasonable and we will happily recommend Shorty's to others!

I've used Shorty's twice now, once to service the furnace and the second to install a new AC and dehumidifier, and both times have been exceptional service. All staff be it either sales, office, or technicians, have been 100% professional, friendly, and accommodating. I felt that with both visits that the staff didn't just do what was required, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.My furnace will need to be replaced soon and I know I'll be calling Shorty's when the time comes.

OK!! No one has service like this any more!!! Dane was absolutely exceptional to deal with. I have worked in a corporate professional setting for the past 25 years where quality and service are expected but it is often a rarity to still find in other service industries. Not only was Dane early to the call, he was polite, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. In addition to excellent service the cost for the repair was reasonable, Dane explained their service model, the cost breakdown and their warranty. Again no one has this kind of service or client experience any more. I will definitely be using Shorty's again in future for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs and hope to work with Dane again in future. I'm going to be a life long client. Thank you so much to the team at Shorty's for actually remembering how important quality and service still are in this fast paced world.

Ryan K came out to perform a furnace inspection and cleaning -which came to a lot less money than we were expecting! Quite affordable. He was very courteous and efficient, will definitely call Shorty's again if we need furnace maintenance in the future. While he was here he answered all of our questions and explained things easily for us - we had a specific question about our condensate pump/hose and he showed us how it worked, took it apart for us and cleaned it.

Was having problems with my furnace as it was running erratically.Turns out it was the thermostat.Little pricey on the service call but is was Friday night so what can you do?Ryan was very professional and helpful.He was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and answered all of our Questions.I highly recommend these guys.I need to replace my air conditioning unit and I will definitely be calling these guys for a quote.

Had a water leak before water meter could not find it, looked like it was coming from under the floor. Wyatt checked the pipe could not find the leak, The leak was coming from the shut off valve. Installed new ball valve, new fittings and everything was perfect. Cleaned up area after job. Thanks Wyatt you did a greatjob.

Shortys moved an indoor gas line for my elderly mother. Deborah efficiently helped plan the project, Dillon adeptly carried out the job with Brayden. They explained everything, were responsive & very respectful! A1 staff and company to work with & would highly recommend! Thank you kindly!!

Beware of consumer plumbing snakes. I sent one down a tub drain, only to have it get hung up, impossible to back out, and snap. I knew it would take a REALLY good plumber to open things up to the point where the thing could be extracted. Shorty's sent not one but two. Dane took up the challenge, got things underway, and confirmed that the thing was lodged in the trickiest possible spot. He and Liam then set about gaining access, cutting pipes in next-to-impossibly tight quarters. They ultimately retrieved 20 feet of snake wound around itself in the plumbing stack. It was obvious why hauling on the available end had been futile - it would never have exited via the much narrower bathtub drain. Dane and Liam were as professional, good-natured, and determined as can be, and when all was said and done they fixed a very difficult problem. Thanks, guys, for solving a major headache. Recommended with no reservations whatsoever.

Shortys was more than accommodating when we needed them to replace shut off valves. Because we live in a Condo,special conditions apply. They were well aware of Condo requirements and responded quickly to our and our Condo Boards needs. Dane was the plumber sent to do our job and he was awesome. Professional, informative, tidy and did the job right. The company and Dane are both worth 5 stars.
