I was there to accompany a friend. Although the rates they offered were not bad but I was surprised with their unprofessional and poor customer service. They don't care about confidentiality of information of their customers at all. they yell every thing loud on microphone about your transactions the amount, even your password. I was really surprised how they provide financial service in Canada without basic training in ethics and rules of financial services. This is not only unethical but very unsafe practice.

Don't go there ever!Although their price is goid, but they are so unfaithful, they don't know nothing about customer service, They were supposed to prepare my bank draft after 3 days, but when it comes I called them and an Isfahani guy said I will call you back, and he didn't, then I went there, they said the draft is with someone who we can't call him and it won't be ready, we will call you tomorrow, then I called them back on tomorrow, they just said he is home, next time they said he is on the way.All in all when I get my draft it was dated for same day and ALL THE TIME THEY WERE LIEING.Don't trust 5 stars because it's them selves

It would help if they actually opened their shop when they say they will. This is the third time I’ve come here where the shop is outright closed when their sign (and Google) say they are open. Listen, Mondays are rough, I get it, but abandoning your shop during business hours and leaving no sign up is doing a disservice to your customers. You handle our money. If you cannot be transparent with something as small as your own business hours, why even stay in business? I had to cut time off work to come there. Super unprofessional.

Be sure to shop around before you use these guys, specially if you're bringing money from overseas. We made the mistake of only contacting them for a transaction and the rate they offered, cost us $200 more than if we had done the transaction with someone else. I was a regular customer there and given the recent incident, I will never go back to them. When I mentioned this to the lady behind the counter, she said she cannot do anything. She then proceeded to show me different transactions with different rates, all of which were substantially less than what they offered me. They've lost my trust and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This afternoon, I went there to exchange the currency, Ms. Karimi were there and asked for one the personnel that I always work with , she got upset and yelled I AM THE MANAGER rudely. She doesn't even respond to my greetings.

I would give zero stars if possible. I called before going there to ask about the exchange rate and when I got there (about 15 min after the phone call) they said it was a mistake and they wouldn't honour the rate they gave me over the phone.Very unprofessional and dishonorable and a complete waste of my time!Will not go there ever again.
