TNT's name should serve to mean....They're Nothing short of Terrific! They truly are. This far in our journey, everyone at every level of this company, makes us believe that we got the very best to make our home dreams come true.Our countertops haven't been installed yet but I've got total faith that we'll be extremely please with their continued knowledge, professionalism and friendlyness. I'll update this review as they continue with their efforts. (The wife's very pleased too). I just used the back of my arm to remove sweat from my brow. Lol

I would highly recommend this company. I am a repeat customer and would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again.The last job they did for me was to create a granite base for a statue. Another company that was commissioned to do it last November still had not completed the task by July. It was one lame excuse after another. The people TNT made time for my project and had it done within 15 days as promised. Great service, great people and highly recommended.

A few months ago, TNT supplied and installed a quartz countertop for our kitchen. Although there had to be a seam, it is as close to invisible as it can be. The TNT team was professional and friendly from the measuring to the installation, the delivery was timely and the final product enhances the kitchen in the way that a piece of art does for a redecorated room. We were so happy that we contracted with them to supply and install a countertop as part of renovating our ensuite. It arrived today and it's gorgeous. Again, the team was a delight to work with. Brilliant jobs all around.

Thank you! We are very happy with our new granite kitchen counter top. Before we came to your company, we had shopped around and just wasn’t finding any interesting granite slabs. We really like the different slabs that you carry and we were pleasantly surprised by the price. Once we made our purchase, everything fell into place quickly; the contractor came and did the template and the installers arrived and put in the counter top, quickly and efficiently. Everyone was so pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. You were recommended by a friend and we will certainly be recommending you as well to our family and friends. Thanks so much!

We have nothing but exceptional things to say about working with TNT! Their team is very communicative and professional. The installers were careful, professional and efficient. We are completely obsessed with our marble countertops and backsplash and would have no problems referring anyone to them. We will continue working with TNT on our future renovation projects.

So happy with everyone at TNT. Sometimes I'm not the easiest guy to please (okay maybe a lot of the time) But have to say TNT was great to deal with - start to finish top to bottom. From sales process, communication, accommodations, timelines and install. Truly professional, would easily recommend to my bestest of friends. Two ++ thumbs up!

There were some positive parts of our experience with TNT (e.g., the installers were friendly and professional) but the outcome was very disappointing.We had TNT fabricate and install a granite kitchen perimeter countertop. We made clear throughout that our priority was to match the existing island countertop. However, it seems the templater did not measure or closely assess the edge profile of the existing island while on site, instead simply estimating what he thought would match. In the end, the edge of the new countertop is very different from our existing one: the existing edge is almost square on the bottom and slightly rounded on the top; while the new one is significantly and equally rounded on both the bottom and the top. This extra rounding makes the new countertop look more old fashioned and much thinner than the existing one even though the actual thickness is the same. It was very disappointing to see this lack of precision in such a high-cost project.When we noted our dissatisfaction, we were told TNT had done their best. We found this hard to believe given the dramatic difference between the edge profiles of the new and existing countertops. When we raised the issue, they offered to remove the countertop and redo the edging at a reduced cost, but noted this came with significant risk of damage to the countertop, which would be 100% our responsibility if it happened. We did not think this was fair, and by that point we had lost our confidence that they could fix the issue and that they would treat the granite with care, especially after they declared that any damage that might happen during the process would be entirely our responsibility. For this reason, we decided not to have the edging redone, but when we indicated this decision to TNT we received no acknowledgement from them.Based on our experience, if your project requires a great deal of precision as ours did, we would not recommend TNT.

We had damage to our kitchen cabinets earlier this year and needed to have our granite countertop reinstalled. Every single peson I interacted with from this company gave amazing customer service. From arranging the appointment ( they were able to accomodate my busy schedule) and the 2 men that came to the house to install. They were very careful, respectful of my home and worked clean. They discussed with me each step they would be taking to install being mindful of the seam that I knew there was a risk it could break. They got it in place with no damage which I am very thankful for. I highly recommend this TNT.

Had the countertop and the island in the kitchen replaced by quartz. TNT did a fantastic job. The girls at customer service were very pleasant to deal with. They listened to what I was looking for and found the exact color that I wanted. Josh and his partner did a wonderful job in installing the countertop and the island top. They were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions. TNT Tile and Marble did a phenomenal job on our complex quartz requirements for our new build (double island, one two-tiered, pantry countertops, two vanities and multiple backsplashes). The service was excellent throughout the selection, design and installation phases. A special shout-out to Jeff and the installation team - they are true craftsmen. We could not be happier and highly recommend TNT Tile and Marble.
