Great care. Super helpful. Knowledgeable.

I have been a loyal patron for 15 years or more.... and was never treated worse than I was today. Vet helper super snotty and sarcastic. I forgot to ask the vet if there was something to help my cats anxiety for the 2 hour drive home which i said to the assistant... and the assistant replies snd was that discussed here?" She was in the room the whole time. Then says " well the vet isnt here right now...and she just left...so... that would have been the time to ask that." Snd she walks out of the room. I was like. Duh. If i had remembered while the vet was here i would have asked!And even when I phoned to make the appointment.. I called at 5:03pm knew they were closed but was going to leave a message. Someone picks up and I say.... oh you're still open? And the snarky reply was " well we're trying to close up but people keep phoning us and asking all these questions."... well jeeze. Don't answer the phone if you're closed dum what. Don't be snarky if You chose to pick it.So after all this 2 hour drive to vet and being disrespected by some 20 year old fresh out of diapers..... I'm left with.... we don't know what's wrong and we don't know how to fix it . Give her some of this and this. I say what dosage.... reply was... you can google it. And that's what I got for 150$. No answers....snarky assistants and a 2 hour drive with a stressed out kitty.... yea. Thanks.Will not be returning if there is always gonna be snarky red heads with a chip on their shoulder. Sorry.... not sorry... pretty sure you won't care if we never come back anyway. Have a nice life grimshaw."

Dr. Tara came highly recommended and we couldn't be happier. She is a no nonsense, shoot it to you straight veterinarian. Her advice is genuine and she keeps you and your pets best interest in mind at all times.

They fixed up my prize pups paw at a great price and in good timing, even though they were very busy. I’m thankful to have a vet I can trust and go back to.

Dr Tara is absolutely amazing as well as her staff. They are very well priced and dont mess around and try to make you spend more unnecessarily. I have a very nervous Great Dane and they handle him amazingly. Definitely a repeat client. Wish I could bring them when I move!

The staff are very knowledgeable, they give you Options to help you make informed choices and are supportive when the hard choices have to be made.
