Résidence Maxwell

This is absolutely the worst place to get a job or take your family to, they have an employee called Tania who attacked a friend of mine and broke her hand. Really vile place to be in! Be warned fellas

I Come and help a résident everyday in ur résidence. Very clean place People are very Nice ( staff ) food is great and always fresh . Very Nice place to Come work .

Although it has been just over two years since my mother died, and 4 1/2 years since my father died , I still think of their time at the Maxwell Residence with fond memories.When my parents decided to sell their house and move to a senior’s residence they toured the various residences in the West Island. They chose the Maxwell residence based on it’s size, location and warm , friendly atmosphere .As a result of living at the Maxwell my parents continued to enjoy a high quality of life for their last years of life . They formed many new friendships and always enjoyed the activities offered at the Maxwell . The core staff of the Maxwell have been working together for many years and work well together as a team.When my father died my mother was able to move up to the assisted living floor . Being able to remain in the Maxwell residence made a big difference in my mother’s transition to life without my father . She was able to maintain the friendships that she had formed at the Maxwell and receive the extra care that she needed.When each of my parents died the Maxwell staff went out of their way they help our family since we all live outside of Montreal . This was a tremendous support to us .I would highly recommend the Maxwell residence to any senior who is looking for a high quality living situation.Jan Oosterhoff

Kitchen staff very unfriendly on the second floor. Also, not very professional. They need some major training on customer service and professionalism.

From the beginning of coved-19 pandemic, i’m proud to say that Maxwell has followed all safety procedures and precautions regularly. Our routine and daily habits are quite strict and our residents, my co-workers including myself have never felt threatened.

Our parents have lived at the residence for 5 years. The apartments are large and bright both on the independent and the assisted living sides. The meals good with lots of choices. We are very happy with the care and commitment that the staff have to their residents. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. This was especially on display this past year during the covid lockdowns. The staff went the extra mile to make sure that all of the residents were taken care of and safe.

Service's are very good, but only one thing that the food is sometimes very spicy,tonight for example honey glazed chicken, should've been sweet, but very spicy, not good for the elderly March 27th 2021

Maxwell is more than just a place to live." It is "Home" to many! Its carefully designed suites

My Aunt moved in there last week, she looked at many places before choosing this one and I happened to look at her note she took after visiting each place, mostly blank but under the Maxwell she wrote I love it!". I was fortunate to stay with her there for several days as she was moving in and the staff were amazing and bent over backwards to help in any way they could. Linda was very compassionate and caring
