Qyn really helped me with my shoulder issue over the last few weeks. He always makes sure we’re not over doing it and is very knowledgeable about his work and what he’s treating and is very good at putting it in plain terms for me! Very much recommend!!

My body's muscles have never been so pleased and relieved from 15 years of getting massages than the massage I had yesterday from Qyn Arnason, RMT.It was the best thing that's happened to me in a long time.Qyn was treating my whiplash results and upper back tension. He went after the problem and not the symptoms to make me feel good. It was very painful but he advised me that it would be worth it.And also, he didn't have much time to work with but magically through his Wizardry got into all the spots that in my head wanted to be treated. Nothing was forgotten, and that's another thing that I really appreciate. As sometimes RMT's don't get to the spots you actually wanted treatment on.Today, after the massage, it was so worth it. SO MUCH RELEASE in my back and muscles. I told him he needs to be in Jeff Bezos' or Elon's payroll to treat them personally.I feel so good.Thank you Qyn.

Armour and Arrow is my go to for massage therapy. Qyn is extremely good at his job and goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. He teaches you so much about your body and its mechanisms throughout the massage. I cannot recommend him enough!

Qyn is awesome! He displays clear passion in his work and he’s incredibly knowledgeable about how the body works, and what areas can lead to issues in other parts of the body. It was nice to be educated as you’re receiving the massage experience!

Been coming to A&A for years and its always my top reccomended place, not only for the expertise but also the informativeness of the staff. Qyn in particular is amazing at really teaching you about how your body reacts to the therapy, what the practicioner is doing when they treat you and how you can utilize that knowledge in everyday life to avoid injury. A lot of places you are just another client, but all the staff at A&A really love their work and care about the community. Always feel much better when I leave an appointment. Customer for life!

If you are looking for a massage TREATMENT...for actual massage THERAPY...this is the place to go. I had an unreal massage today with John. 11/10. Can't wait to go back next week! Highly recommend.

Qyn Arnason is a fantastic massage therapist and has kept me tip top for a couple years now.

Sierra is some kind of magical massage wizard. Absolutely incredible. The best thing is she takes the time to get to know you, your history and works towards helping you with not only pain but goals as well- like recommending other therapies. My husband sees other therapists in the clinic and we both have never had better experiences. Truly the best!
