Invisible Fence of Tri-Cities Ontario

The men that installed our invisible fencing braved the freezing cold January weather when they came to lay the fencing (it was about - 20 and they didn't complain!), and were prompt with returning when the ground thawed to bury the line in the spring. The dog training was very thorough and the team was completely wonderful! I am very happy with the product, and my dogs now stay precisely where they are supposed to, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I have dealt with Invisible Fence for over 5 years. They are responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. They trained all 3 of my dogs to the underground fencing. They came to the house numerous times with each dog and taught the dog as well as myself on the proper way to introduce underground fencing. We had several working sessions with each dog. I would use them again any time and would recommend them highly.

Installing Invisible Fencing on our country property has been a game changer! Peace of mind that our pup is safe within the boundaries. She has responded very well to it after training and guidance from John who came to our home several times to make sure both puppy and owner were comfortable. We felt we were in good hands and could reach out any time with questions or concerns. These folks definitely have our beloved pets' best interests in mind. We had the Invisible Fence installed for our one year old hound X and it has been incredible! We truly regret not doing it years ago for our older lab. Ruby has full reign of our property and has caught on very quickly where the boundary lines are.Ben was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable with not only the install, but helping Ruby with her training.We can’t recommend this enough!

We love our invisible fencing!! Ben and his team are awesome! They respond to your questions right away and their service is top notch! The provided training that was easy to remember and to use on our dog! We love that if there are any issues, they are over and working it out! We cut the line once and they were out asap!! The freedom our dog has because of the fencing is the best part! We never have to worry about letting the dog out the door or if the fence is closed! After a few tips, he started figuring out his boundaries on that first day!John was very insightful about Teddy's behaviour and needs, and was very patient with him.We've only recently had a battery issue and they came out that same day to resolve it.Highly recommend this company if you're looking to install an invisible fence for any of your animals!
