Definitely check out this gym! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to learn boxing, take their skills to the next level, or just get an intense workout. Mike is the best! I had never boxed before and he was warm and welcoming and also highly skilled and professional. The facility is beautiful and clean. I had so much fun, learned a lot, and sweat my butt off!

Amazing facility and coaching staff. Everyone here is genuinely committed to making this gym a friendly and fun place to work out. The head strainer Michael is top notch and will push you to be your best. Highly recommended!

Update : boxing gym converted to Muay Thai.BEWARE:Called multiple times to cancel membership, nobody picks the phone line. Visited in person thrice during gym hours to cancel, nobody at the front desk. Been charged 3times without any use for myself and kid. I need a refund however nobody answers the phone/front desk. My online membership account does not have any option to hold payments, payments going without being used. I was told about free trials for Muay Thai, did not get that too. Highly frustrated with how they handle payments.

Been a member for a month. Gym is awesome! Everyone is really friendly and relaxed. Was not intimidating from day 1. Mike really cares about teaching and sharing his passion for boxing! He is very approachable and will always help you out if you need direction or encouragement. Just came from there and I know my abs will be hurting tomorrow!

So we showed up tonight for boxing. About 10 kids were dropped off as usual by their parents. Parents don’t stick around. Michael the coach never showed up. So I asked Toby at the front desk. I was interrupted by this guy who tells me they let Michael go because they want to change the facility to Mauy Thai. Without any regard for the kids currently in the class- 7 to 12 years old. Left alone. No supervision. I just can’t believe the disgrace they have allowed themselves to become. This is an idiotic organization. Managed terribly and no respect. I hope we and the rest of the boxing group can reunite with coach.

Signed up for the gym and classes to try out boxing then was told the very next day it was turning into a gym for muai thai luckily I got my refund back was looking forward to learning some boxing and getting into shape I signed up the day I went cause I loved the environment wish I came soonerDisappointed with the way they handled payments and keep track of things in there own business

The atmosphere is that of a real boxing gym with the community feel of a barbershop, everyone knows each other’s names. The boxing coach Michael is a great instructor and so is Tahj, the strength and conditioning trainer, they will get you ripped and you’ll have fun doing it.

Signed up for the gym and a couple of weeks later i found out that the gym has been turned into Muay Tai. I called last month to cancel my membership and the person in charge told me that they are giving 3 months free membership for muay tai and I won’t be charged for the next 3 months and I can come and try Muay tai. But I have been charged for 4 times since and I keep trying to call the gym but no one is answering. I demand a refund for the false information this failed enterprise is giving.

Great experience for beginners! Mike is very patient and kind, the facility is great with lots of equipment. 5 stars for sure, I highly recommend if you are looking to try somthing new!
