My daughter took her bridesmaid dress (needed a 2 inch hem completed over 3 layers of material) to Imperial Tailoring a week ago. The lady who accepted the dress said she could not give her a price at that time but later my daughter was telephoned and advised that the job would cost an astonishing $282.00!!! It was too late to get the dress in anywhere else so my daughter was stuck paying this exorbitant price! My daughter tried to discuss the price with the owner and her son but was told, Too bad

I have used Imperial Tailoring for years and followed them from the Northumberland Mall to William Street in Cobourg. I just had a coat zipper replaced and they did an excellent job. Unbeknownst to me, my son tracked them from Toronto on his way to a family funeral a few months ago and they very graciously hemmed his suit pants while he waited. He was also impressed by their workmanship and speed. I have been a fan of this business for years. Like anything in life, you get what you pay for. With Imperial it is quality.

Very professional and so good at everything they provide and do. I have been coming to them for years with my tailoring and dry cleaning and they have always been excellent and everything is always perfect. Now I can get my masks there do ...highly recommend to everyone !!! I am so glad they are back in the mall.

They asked me to come later for a pick up. I confirmed the time they were asking me to come was after the store was closing, they said they would be here be here. When I arrived the store was closed nobody was around and I had to pick up my dress the next day. When I asked about it the next day they laughed and said sorry"."
