We have had our business insurance with this company for the past 8 years. We have NEVER made a claim, been delinquent with our payments or had any issues until this year. We had insurance with them until Nov 10 when our policy was to run out. Today Nov 15 I received a letter stating our insurance was cancelled on Nov 8th. I talked to my agent on the 8th to add our lease equipment and no mention was made that we were not covered. Talk about ignorant!!!! If we would have had an accident with our leased equipment we would not have been covered because YOUR AGENT was too ignorant to inform us! We have our home insurance through these people but I am looking at canceling that also!!! I am totally DISGUSTED with this group!
