Horrible experience. Pharmacy is supposed to help clients. Not stress them out and mislead them. I called Friday to ensure they received documents from my doctor so I would have no issues sat. Called Fri night to double check I would be able to pick up Sat. I was assured it would be ready in am. Went to pick up they said I had to wait. When. I questioned them on their lies they told they can't release my medicine unless I talk to Dr. They have no accountability and treat customers time as worth nothing.

Horrible system at the Pharmacy! My dad is a diabetic and has recently had a stroke. He NEEDS his meds on time.They've had the prescription the whole day so I figured it'd be ready and I go in the evening but it's still not ready. She tells me 45 minutes I say okay no problem- 2 hours later it's STILL not ready and says to my brother who came back to pick it up in my stead to come back after another 1 hour wait when I specifically told her the others can wait to be picked up in the morning and I just really needed the one medication he's already had to skip. My mom has also had the same problems. The wait is always so long and you ask them why but they don't really answer the question. It's always more like not ready until you ask to pick it up.The employees and management need to step up because every time there's a complaint they always just have an excuse or call this number to report" but nothing is ever really done."

Huron/Adelaide Saturday, April 8th appx 2:45 p.m. They won't open a 2nd cashier when 10+ customers are lined-up, cashier refused to assist with bagging customers' purchases, and the store refuses to do debit cash back." Shoppers only wants your money/profits. Horrible service. Outrageous prices."

Pharmacy here is a complete nightmare ..use to make me wait 30 min up to an hour for a daily med they know I came in everyday to get, made the switch to the smaller pharmacy (London care pharmachoice) it's night and day the treatment (they have my prescription ready within minutes of me walking in the door) ...stop supporting these big guys who don't value you as a customer!!!

you will never NOT wait in line here to pick up a basic prescription. Its actually absurd.

Not a good experience, I went for a prescription there for my thyroid medication. The girl ( pharmacy assistant) had the worst attitude, not at all approachable, she told me I have to wait 1 hour for my prescription, I waited over 1.30 hours for my prescription pick up. I was fine with the waiting, but the she can deal with people a little bit better, we all have days which are good and bad but a smile on our face won’t do any harm. There’s was one guys his name is Iyas, he was only one who was helpful and with good attitude. I hope they train these people for good customer service.

Our go to pharmacy. Good selection and decent quantity of foods as well. Prescriptions can take a long time to fill, sometimes two or three days, so be awareThanks for giving me the seniors discount, sometimes even when I am not quite a senior yet!

I recently visited the Shoppers Drug Mart Huron and Adelaide location, and I must say I was impressed. The store was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the selection of products was great. They had a great variety of items to choose from. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient and good quality drug store.

The shoppers on Highbury and Huron have always been great with their customer service. The pharmacy is always busy but everyone is always friendly. Pharmacist always answers every question I have and I never feel rushed.

I would not recommend this pharmacy. The service at the pharmacy counter is extremely slow with several staff members chatting while customers wait. Several times I have had my doctor call in prescriptions that don't get filled unless I follow-up... that shouldn't happen. Also, I often have to convince the staff member that I even have prescriptions... they seem unable to find them on their own system. The incompetence is staggering. I have also had scripts partially filled only to discover this when I get home (I'm not told at the counter). All of these issues lead to long waits, multiple trips to the store when one should suffice. I'm transferring to a small pharmacy my partner deals with... they actually have an idea of what customer service is.
