Service is fantastic and honest. It isn't a garage that wines and dines you and has a beautiful waiting room. But... If you want a true and honest mechanic that doesn't set things up to rip you off, well then this place is for you. A no frills, get my car fixed at an honest price kind of place.

Went to this garage to have tires put on my van. Was told it wouldn’t be long & I waited outside with other customers. Cars came in& off the lifts, new people showing up & their cars put on the lift. 90 minutes of watching car after car drive onto the lift, I left. Bad first experience. I am taking my business elsewhere & caution others.

My girlfriend bought some new mags for her Jetta this summer and one of the bolt was stripped because it was inserted incorrectly with an impact gun. When I went there to ask him to fix it the guy was arrogant and would not admit their responsibility. I ended up leaving the car to them anyway because he assured me it was a quick repare and it'd be done by the end of the day or the next one but I ended up getting the car back 3 days later with nothing done.

Wast of time, called them for summer tires, showed up for my appointment at 8am, and they had not ordered the tires, and they wanted me to wait 4 hours to order themLucas was not helpful at all

It’s been already a couple of years that I come to this garage. Amazing service! Luca is knowledgeable and always useful.

I was ready to overlook it but the arrogance and popmus attitude of the owner but after offering to rectify the bad brake job done April 9th for 600$ when I've already paid 280$ I couldn't help but feel insulted. And so now I am stuck dealing with consumer protection and possibly small claims.. 2 years I've been going to this garage and this is how new customers are treated.. I will share my experience with as many as humanly possible. Brake failure after 1 1/2 months WHILE my 3 year old is in my car is scary to say the least. But refusing to rectify a botched job unless MORE $ is spent spells scam in my book.. these reviews are meant to share our experiences with other consumers and my experience here has been more than rotten.

I had a bit of an emergency, the undercarriage of my vehicle was falling off and scrapping on the pavement. Came in at 4pm on a Friday and Luca took me in immediately. 10 minutes later problem was solved. Highly recommend!
