Eh, should your Valentine's Day balloons not be cheaper on that day at closing time!? You had a discounted price on them but charged me the regular price upon cashing out. I didn't want to argue with you so I left it alone.

worst experience ever! I brought some balloons to be filled and after charging me 11.99$ for one of them it had a hole. No refunds or nothing! instead of charging after filling of checking the balloons for holes. If party city doesn't like to provide the service of inflating other peoples balloons then don't offer the service, but that was stealing. A good customer service would have been to refund it since I had already paid 40$ to inflate other balloons. I have been to other party city's and they are very kind and understanding. Do yourself a favor drive a little more and go to a different locatiom.

Waste my money and time i wait 25 min for air balloons and the store was not busy at all just one before me the girl so so slow and she don’t care about the waiting time awful

Service really needs to be improved. I called in over 10x to try to put in an order, but no one would pick up. Then the automated phone instructions said that I could put in the order online and someone would contact me re pickup and inflation. I had to call in to confirm my order and found out that I am not able to request for inflation unless I physically go into the store, they won’t do it in advance for online orders. Fine. I get a confirmation e-mail that order is ready for pick up, however, when we go in, they say they don’t have my order ready and can’t find the order.

Deflated within 2 hours. Was told I had to bring them back within that time frame in order to receive any customer service. In the middle of a bday party, I can’t leave guests to return balloons. Terrible service, want to warn others of such a pathetic customer experience. Buy balloons elsewhere.

A decent selection of stuff but some of the cake decorating items were very close to expiration

The service is very bad and slow. And balloons are overpriced here. I won’t recommend. We spend here an hour just waiting to balloons blow up. Party city has definitely hire more stuff and improve their service

Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever received. I picked up an online order and when I got home I realized it was missing an item, I contacted customer service who reached out to the store. The store manager (her name was Lei/Leah idk) calls me and acts like it’s MY fault that something was missing, takes zero accountability for the fact that I didn’t get what I ordered. After arguing with her, she tells me that she’s gonna do me a favour (?) and refund my money but it won’t happen again.. you’re right it won’t happen again because I would never come back to spend my money here. Never once says sorry for the issue or that I had to drive all over the place. Giving my money back for something I didn’t receive isn’t a favour, it’s doing your job. Serious customer service training needed here, avoid at all costs.

Went in for a Halloween costume, no one working the area. Tons of families needing help and no one available. Asked the cashier to help, she was annoyed she had to look for a costume. She then brought out the wrong one. I told her it doesn't even match the number I gave you, she said we're sold out. You can get it at another location. We left. While in the car my daughter said I just checked their website, they have 42! I went back in. Showed the same cashier their own website. Low and behold it was in stock! Meanwhile she was going to send me to another location miles away, wasting gas and time etc...I spoke with the store manager a couple days later. She apologized and said everyone is new. Is that the excuse these days? I guess it's better to have staff than to have staff that's properly trained. I won't be back!
