I don't know who I keep talking to on the phone who keeps saying things like ugh" and otherwise reacting negatively when I need her to clarify or I make a mistake or misspeak.Calling reach is already a time consuming and frustrating experience

The receptionist at Maple Team is rude and does not listen to patients' concerns during conversations. She consistently delays sending referrals and shows 0 care for patients. She is not fulfilling her job duties adequately. I would like to caution others to be aware of this. While the family doctor is good, the female receptionist at Maple Team is unprofessional, exhibits a rude attitude, and consistently delays processes, often resulting in delays of over 10 days. I find myself having to call specialists frequently to check on the status of referrals.

I've been a patient at reach since I was a kid. 1981 I was going to brittania elementary.I moved away many times but kept my various family doctors.They are an exellent neighborhood clinic under allot of pressure since COVID. The dental clinic is short staffed and wait times can be long but the receptionists are great. I have had 4 different family doctors over the years. 2 retired ...1 went into politics and my current doctor is new but seems good so far.Reach has never let me down .Wear a mask and do your hands immediately...

Amazing staff! I’m sitting here waiting to see the doctor and so far everyone I’ve been in contact with (receptionist/nurse Barbara) has been so nice/caring/genuine.The clinic is clean, bright and modern. Definitely recommend here for any urgent care matters.

excellent experience at Urgent Care this evening, from the receptionist to nurse Laura and Dr. Chang, everyone friendly, thorough, efficient, willing to explain, patient.felt totally respected and heard and well looked after.yes, they told me to go to ER for appropriate tests for which they don't have equipment.i'm at ER now still, waiting for results.thank you so much to all of you!

I went not expecting tok much, but i got excellent service from the moment I got there from the front desk lady to the nurse to the doctor.I really expect just in and out, but the nurse and doctor took their time and made me feel that I was cared for properly.

I would not recommend going to Reach for baby check ups. I was initially encouraged to do them over the phone which seems like a total lack of care. They don't seem to know about baby developmental milestones, every question I ask is either not answered or looked up online. I was given outdated information on allergens. I have to remind them to measure my baby and then they don't seem to know how to do it.I have had good experiences with nurses there, just not with doctors or front desk staff. Also good luck trying to get through on the phone, I've wasted so much time on hold with them!

I was there by 8:15 and was seen and treated by 9:15 and left. Very efficient, organized, clean and the staff are personable. I recommend the urgent care centre for anyone experiencing delays with their primary care doctor (or who doesn't have a doctor) that meets the criteria of Urgent Care.

Excellent experience! Receptionist, nurses, Dr. Lau and the pharmacist. Everyone so nice, human and empathic.I was attended immediately. The place is very clean as well.
