I have been going to New Radiance for some time now and Carol and her team is incredible! They take the time to explain all of your options without being pushy with sales. They approach every client as though they are chatting with a friend and wanting the best for them and have immense amounts of knowledge and professionalism. The clinic is spotless and inviting and the treatment rooms are flawlessly clean and private. I felt and feel so comfortable and cared for every visit. If you don’t live in Cochrane but are wanting a great medi-spa it is 100% worth the drive! Soak in the view on your drive and leave more than happy!

Carole and the team at New Radiance are all amazing! They are knowledgeable on the products and services they offer, and so fun to work with. Carole is honest and upfront on her recommendations, and will only suggest what you would really benefit from (and is very respectful of your budgets and tries to give you the most bang for you buck).The naturopath, Cait, is fantastic! She is highly professional and knowledgeable. She was great at answering questions and making suggestions to better support my health. Her initial consult was very thorough and she took the time to make sure we were both on the same page with a treatment plan moving forward.The space itself is clean and welcoming- and is sure to give you the relaxation you need! If you haven’t made an appointment, I highly suggest you do!

Had my initial consult and a chemical peel done here. It was a lovely experience! Carol is absolutely lovely and really went above and beyond. She was informative and super sweet, recommended good products/procedures/ and supplements to help with my concerns for my skin!
