I had the steak frites found it overly salty. I was still drinking water on the next day. Now the steak was cooked well, pickled cabbage and onions were decent. My wife had the No 4 burger with No 4 fries. She found it very peppery and the burger to bun ratio fell short. To make the best of it. We had a reservation and as we were seated we were reminded that they had another reservation right after us and not to linger. That gave us less than an hour. Overall for our date night was ruined. Very disappointing. Save yourself the headache.

The food is absolutely delicious, I’ve never had vegetables as good as the “Eat your veggies “ meal. Highly recommend this restaurantThe atmosphere is also nice and cozy. So glad we were able to have a taste of some nice meals while we were visiting St Johns

This was a very pleasant restaurant. The service was very very good. The food was excellent. I highly recommend anything seafood on the menu. I had the mussels and my companion had the scallops. Both of us had the no. 4 burger. It was a huge burger on a pretzel bun. For dessert, we had the candy apple funnel cake. The green apple sorbet on the dessert was awesome. I highly recommend going here. The prices were fairly reasonable.

I wanted to visit this place for a few months and it didn’t disappoint me, will definitely come back. Cocktails r great, food is delicious. Our server Stephanie was great. Thanks a lot!

Such a cozy spot, we love the drinks, bar tenders are definitely pros, staff are really friendly and make the night enjoyable.Food is also phenomenal!!Always great time in No.4

1st time visiting and definitely will be back, one of the best burgers I've had in awhile and the cocktails were super tasty. Highly recommend any one of there old fashioned or signature cocktails.

This was my first time visiting No. 4, but I was very impressed. If you enjoy a mojito, I recommend trying one here.. they were delicious!! Also, the macaroni and cheese is the to die for!! They have a beautiful outdoors seating area upstairs.. which is lovely for warm, sunny days. I’d recommend checking this place out!

First time there and will definitely go again. Portions were good. Food was delicious and the bartender, Danny, is a true artisan at his craft.The decor is beautiful and cozy.A great addition to the St. John's food and bar scene!

First visit tonight. Beautiful restaurant. Atmosphere was terrific. Service was terrific. Drinks were terrific. Food was outstanding. Tuna appetizer was A+. Steak frites was seasoned perfectly. Wife ordered medium well. I ordered medium rare. Lots of times and places both come out the same. Not the case. To date and places we have visited, best steak in St. John's.

Awesome restaurant! Lots of good drinks made properly and they taste great and the presentation was spot on! The Mac & Cheese is the best I've had. Very creamy. Reminded me of cream of mushroom mixed into it. The Spicy Fennel Sausage Pizza was great and had an excellent thin crust, toppings were great and the sauce was good. Roasted Garlic & Lemon Mussels were very good as well. The service was excellent and it was fairly steady but it didn't affect service at all. The atmosphere was great as well.
