Wonderful first hand experience

Had a total loss claim on a car. My insurance company, Desjardins (unhelpful), sent Impact to handle the towing.I spoke with an agent by the name of Rachel. She was the only one that could assist and update me efficiently. Very nice, friendly and understanding of the situation.

They sell cars on buy it now without letting you see them. They don’t declare many of the secondary but important damages. I bought the car on photos with 2 good looking headlights and it come out of the auction only with one. If had a serious roof damage that wasn’t on the photos or the description or the estimate. And so many dents all over it.The manager offered me 200$ for undeclared damages of 5000-6000$ and them made a story just not even to give it to me.Very unprofessional guy.

Not a very nice place to work. during COVID confinement. the supervisors respected the rules to put certain people into work-from-home situations. but they chose the staff who lived alone or just with their spouses. They specifically refused work from home situations for people with children because they were too worried that the people with children would be irresponsible and not give their full 40 hours per week. With the people that they put in work from home situations, they protected about 7 people from covid infection. Had they trusted their loyal employees with children, they could have potentially protected over 20 people from covid... but they view their employees as stupid children who can't be trusted.

One of the worst auction since ever. Impact Montreal has the worst Manager Called JEAN Philippe. He is so mean , uncooperative and very happy to screw you when he can.
