Person spoke to was very condisending. I asked about the price of an item I was interested in, he simply said, buy it or don't buy it." I will not recommend this company for anyone's computer needs. Customer service sucks. If I could give negative stars I would."

They have low prices for laptop repair and the owner is a very straight forward person with good knowledge about parts. They replaced my laptop screen for a very cheap price which I couldn't get from other places. I can easily recommend this place for your laptop repair.

Employees have always been great. Owner has a bad attitude. Stopped dealing here a few years ago because of Owner. How you treat employees and customers matters DUDE!Easier, faster and cheaper to get what I need from Amazon anyway. I was going there because I would rather support local business, but multiple visits, bad attitude from Lewis, never went back. Surprised they are still in business.
