The Truck Shop

This shop has a lot of excellent employees working here. They have skilled mechanics and diagnostics. Their rates are much lower than typical dealer shops AND they always have been able to get me in with short notice for unscheduled repairs.I highly recommend The Truck Shop.

No point in making an appointment, they don't retain any regards to such a thing. They had my truck for two and a half weeks for a safety check.never even got it in the shop on the first week. I called and asked about it and all I got was weak excuses. Second week truck was it all week and all I ended up with was a $1600.00 dollar bill and issues with the truck that I did not have before. The safety repair list was absolutely obsurd. Carl's truck repair is a much more professional garage and not just out to get your money! And you don't have to wait two weeks to get work done. Two weeks of a truck down makes no money. Their loss, guess they won't ever get my other 8 trucks to work on!

The Truck Shop Strathroy is a great place to have all your maintenance done on your truck. I'm just a one truck operation but they always treat me with the same level of respect as a Fleet Manager at a big company would get. The staff are all freindly and explain all the work they do in detail. The hours are exceptional, and the prices are fair. I really feel like they have my back. I'd highly recommend them.

I was here for the first time and the first impression was very pleasant. Everyone is kind and helpful and the shop is very well equipped. Prices are good and the work was done on time.I recommend them.

Was rescued late night by the intrepid team at The Truck Shop Strathroy. Sprung a coolant leak on my Volvo VNL. They got me into the shop late night, identified the issue, ordered the parts and had me out of the shop first thing morning. Can't thank you enough guys. Great to know there are good samaritans in the truck repair business.
