Do not use this guy. The pictures speak for themselves.- Terrible work- Unexpected charges- Won't show up when he says- Did not pass inspection- I had to track him down to finish his job- Heater was improperly installed and broke shortly after install- Was going to charge me to fix it- Had to borrow my tools

Used Jon for my bathroom plumbing for my shower. He said it was all good to go. First shower showed there was a leak that ruined the ceiling on the floor below. Tried to blame it on the product he supplied then tried to get me to pay for the same new product again when his ad specifically said he supplies parts and labor with warranty. Took weeks to get him to come fix it when he said he'd be there in the next couple of days. Unable to use the only shower in my house for weeks. He asked to get paid before job was done and was impossible to get back after. Terrible experience.

I contracted Jon at Epic" plumbing to do some work on a remodel I'm doing. He did part of the job( quality of work is average at best)
