Spent over two hours on the phone trying to get my problem fixed. The tech support kept hanging up on me (or the line was dropped after being put on hold), making it impossible for me to get anywhere. I still have no tv. Would not recommend this company.

I contacted a Sales rep on Thursday and they gave me an excellent package for an amazing price. Best thing yet, everything is being installed 2 business days after creating the account! Wonderful customer service!

Absolutely terrible, recently offered me internet service, lied about what they could do, then brought up some fake charges from 2018, which I contested, then they sent it to collections anyway, bunch of scammers. Just a terrible company all together.

My wife and I own a business in Winkler and have had no luck with MTS’ internet services. There are periods of the day where the internet simply doesn’t work, with no bandwidth for simple streaming of music and POS payments.For how much we pay, we should be getting more than 2 MB/S. Even more, MTS says we have a wired fibre connection but doesn’t value our relationship enough to pay for installation. Instead, we are switching to the competitor who will value our business.
