What a service!! I went at a quiet time, Monday afternoon, and I received nothing but the best advice from the shopkeeper (older gentleman absolutely lovely and knowledgeable). Patient, full of great tips, if you are after a new shoe and need to find the perfect fit, he is your man! Highly recommend to trust his guidance. Went for trail running shoes, never been a fan of Hoka's, but I do admit they fit me so well! Thank you so much for your services and for being here.

I bought my first 'serious' shoes here for my first half marathon last year. I've been recommending everyone around me to visit this store for their first pair. The staff is very knowledgeable both about their products and running. The elderly gentleman that assisted me was generous with his time, explaining the details about each pair of shoes as I tried them on. He also shared great training advice that I still apply to my runs today. All of my future running shoes will come from this store.

My experience at this store was very good, the staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable about the best type of shoe I should choose based on my activity level and plan of use.I did try on a number of pairs but eventually went with the pair that the staff member recommended. This was my first time trying on and purchasing a good pair of runners.I will definitely go back.I only wish there were a variety of colours in the available shoes. I liked the green and white cloudstratus I bought, I just fear getting white shoes filthy I would have rather gone for the same shoes in a different colour.

We had a great time getting expert advice from Dave here as we purchased some new running shoes. The atmosphere in the shop is very trendy and relaxed, with a great range of shoes and running kit.Dave was a total expert - he understood exactly what we needed and had some excellent recommendations. We ended up leaving with two pairs of trail runners and one pair of road runners. Their selection of running shoes is really good and we didn’t feel rushed at all when purchasing the shoes - we even popped out for a run around the block to check them out!

My visit to Vancouver Running Company was perfect. We headed there after the BMO marathon looking for new shoes for my friend. We were visiting Vancouver so we didn't know about the store, we just found it online. David had the best advices, he knows what he's talking about and he's so respectful and honest. He took the time to explain everything. He's the sweetest guy. Thank you so much David!!!!We'll come back at our next visit to Vancouver for sure!!!

David was amazing help! My partner and I are both training for races in the next few months, and were hoping to get an upgrade on our shoes. He walked us through the options, watched how we walked, and even went as far to let us go on a short test run up the street. Will be making all future running shoe purchases here!

I had such an amazing experience with this company! Shipping was SO QUICK, great customer service and the resources on their website helped me pick the perfect trail running/hiking shoe confidentially. I ordered online from them as I live in Alberta - ordered Saturday night and had my shoes by Wednesday afternoon! My shoes fit perfectly and are exactly what I was looking for. Will be recommending to all my friends!

Went here recently to get a fresh pair of running shoes and the service was unparalleled. The shop assistent (Dave) was incredibly helpful, sitting down with my girlfriend and I and explaining the rational and reasoning behind the various shoe designs. He even allowed us to test shoes out on quick 'around the block' jogs to ensure he matched us with the right pair. I'll be going back here for sure when I need to replace this new pair of shoes and I'd recommend other people do the same. If I could give 6 stars for Dave's service, I would.
