They try their best. Always busy but try to be very accommodating and really it’s not their fault and they don’t have enough staff. Again out of their control. They do what they can and they’re efficient.

Had an appointment. Arrived early , no one infront of me. Waited for 15 minutes before anyone registered me. Atleast 5 maybe even 6 people ( techs)came to the front desk and ignored the fact that I was there. When I asked if I could leave my form and sit. I was rudely told that we are doing other work. And then she took my form. Now waiting for 10 minutes past appointment and still have not been called

Made appointment for 11:25, arrived at 11:10, stood in line until 11:35, while the one behind the counter stayed on her computer ignoring the line. People without appointments were being called before myself. I finally got called just before 12:00. Over a 45 minute wait with a appointment is absolutely unacceptable, we have jobs to get back to as well. They were not even busy. Under 10 people waiting when I arrived, I have seen it way worse. Poor Poor customer service!! This needs to be addressed!

I always book an appointment only to still wait 30 minutes watching walk ins go before me. Super unorganized. When questioned about the wait there's always some excuse and chatter amongst the staff about it. Rude

I had a great experience twice in the last month. The staff got me in right away and the person I dealt with was good at their job as I have small veins. Thank you for the extra care.

This is the only Life Labs I will go to. Even if I have to wait I will wait because the girls at this Lab are lovely! I can be a hard poke and they’re always very patient and kind.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Had to get blood work done for my autistic daughter and made an appointment ahead of time (which I love that they do this). The Staff were so amazing with my kiddo. They had everything prepared, everything was relaxing and calm. I cant say enough about Anne and her colleague and I am so grateful. My kiddo walked out of the lab smiling and handled it like a champion thanks to these lovely ladies! You are the best! Highly recommend!
