Stix Property Inspections
It's a busy time for pool services in Kelowna right now and we were in a pinch. Inspections and subject removals were coming up and Edwin was able to help us come out on very short notice within just a couple of hours, then came home afterwards to prepare the report ALL IN THE SAME DAY! (Can be unheard of for Kelowna) Very professional and absolutely amazing service. Friendly and fast, we are grateful to have been referred to him by our realtor team. Ed was meticulous when performing a pre-sale inspection. It allowed us to focus on important/necessary repairs, instead of getting overwhelmed. He also returned to see when those repairs were complete. He was both professional and knowledgeable. I’d use him for home inspections in the future for sure.
