Burrito Boyz
Poorly managed, several employees just standing around, doing nothing. Chicken tasted like it was seasoned for a Christmas dinner not a Mexican meal. Burrito just thrown together. Franchise has gone very down hill , just sad to see a great name distroyed. This will be my last dollar spent in any of Burlingtons burrito boys locations

Normally I live Burrito Boyz and most often get it from the Port Credit location. Today I walked into the local me in Burlington and order a naked steak and shrimp burrito to go. When I got home I was disappointed to see 3 shrimp and perhaps 2 tablespoons of steak. It was loaded with lettuce and rice.The food tasted ok but it was disappointing to see the amount of protein when you’re used to getting more than double that at other locations.Hope they were able to save a buck on my shrimp and steak and put it towards good use somewhere else.Buyer beware.Go to the Port Credit location. Well worth the drive!!!

Best burritos ever! Love the gluten free options. Hope one day to have more gluten free sizes of tortillas. Other then that awesome. I love going here for what we call Burrito Fridays. If u haven't tried it I'd recommend doing a naked burrito and doing a mix of steak and chicken. So good. Be back soon!

Ordered through Uber and asked for specifications on my burrito bowl. When it arrived it did was not made how I had asked for it. Having ordered the same basic bowl many times before I know what it looks like. This one was not it. Very dry, little sauce at all and didn’t have most of Etsy I asked for as specifications. When I called BB they said sorry and tried to explain it away instead of compensating me for poor the quality item. I had been treated much better in the past by this store so am disappointed. All they said was call Uber eats to which I said Uber will do nothing. It didn’t matter. Too bad, so sad for me. I recommend management take more care in handling complaints. I will not order here again.

The food was absolutely horrible. Everything was so dry, especially the chicken. The sauces on the side tasted almost like it’s gone bad. Got tacos and they were just soggy. Threw away most of the order.

Best burritos, I enjoy the shrimp or chicken. The portion sizes are huge! A small burrito for one person is plenty. The quesadillas are good too. The service was friendly but seemed a little disorganized but some of the staff might have been new.

Food is fresh and made to order. I've been here several times and it's been relatively consistent. The last time the seasoned beef was a little bland but everything else in the burrito made up for it. Overall I recommend.

This burrito boyz was pretty good last year, and this year i have no odea what happened which made me post a review. I dont understand why its so difficult to read what the order is and then put in exactly what the order says. Pure negligence on the employees here. On top of that when you put in an allergy and ask for them to wash their hands they simply dont care which is unfortunate, whereas other burrito boyz go out of their way to make sure the food would be ok. Time for the owner to put that place back in order, but I doubt they will.
