Awful pharmacy team, starting with the rude arrogant French guy, following with the young Iranian woman who thinks she's a doctor... I deal with it cause it's close. But they really do Suck for customer service. One bright spot being the young bearded gentleman who's always making sure the store is spotless and he's greeting his customers with a pleasant smile.

I have been the patient of the pharmacy for several years,very satisfied with knowledgeable,attentive,very professional. friendly, and great customer service, of pharmacy manager ,Farzaneh, she has been helping me for the times that I had ( sometimes silly )questions and concern about my medications,she explains patiently,about the possible side affects, and how the medication will be effective,she has very positive attitude towards patient's concerns, , I feel she is the best next to my family Doctor, I wish her the best

I went to do PCR travel test, $80 is a good deal in GTA, but the total experience was not good at all.First, you need to fill a form , but all those information you already provided when you made an appointment.After filled the form, they printed out, you check it, then pay the money.Then wait for the pharmacist to come to do the test for you. Before me, there was a old man did the PCR travel test too, but after that old man finished the test, the pharmacist just kept me sitting there, even another staff reminded him that I was waiting, but he gave no attention. Finally he came to me, but he asked me to double check all my information again, I told him it’s been checked several times already.He told me he was going to scrub my noses ten times each side, I was not sure if he was not happy with me,But he did scrub my noses 12 and 13 times each sideFor a simple PCR test, it took me 40 minutes, 30 minutes to wait for the pharmacist. Rexall need to be better.

Very impressed with the customer service of this store from the very friendly and helpful manager to the cashiers. On every occasion I've gone in the store looks great, well stocked, faced and displayed. Always a very positive, friendly shopping experience. Thank-you to the store manager and her staff for providing such a great service for this community.

The staff are always friendly here and they carry more national brands than Shoppers does - more selection.

I came in the evening, there was no line and the antibiotics I was looking for in 3 other pharmacies was in stock. The pharmacist was nice and helped me get what I want. Sometimes there isn't enough parking here, but I found an open spot. The waiting sits could be cleaner.

The main pharmacist is the rudest, angriest woman - been here multiple times and she is always the same. I really dislike coming here for my prescriptions. Front counter clerks are perfectly pleasant though.

Just had a great experience at this location. Ryan the pharmacist provided professional guidance and filled my prescriptions in a timely fashion despite being the only one on staff. He treated everyone with respect, and was very knowledgeable.

Went today to Recall at 3402yonge str.looking for men's Schick blade cartridges,they had them and on sale PERFECT.Ive been trying to find at Shoppers Drug at Mt. Pleasant and Eglinton for two months.They have big selection of ladies razor but no Men's Schick blades (that's REXALL Drugstore)

They only waste people times. Pharmacy should get more stuff
