I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh, a computer technician who provided exceptional service despite not being able to fix my problem. From the moment he arrived, Josh was incredibly friendly and approachable, putting me at ease and making me feel confident that my computer was in good hands.Despite his best efforts, Josh was unfortunately unable to fix the issue with my computer. However, he went above and beyond to try different solutions and troubleshoot the problem, showing a level of dedication and professionalism that is hard to come by.What really impressed me about Josh was his refusal to accept payment for his time and efforts, even though he had spent a considerable amount of time trying to fix my computer. He simply wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with his service, and that my computer was in good working order.Overall, I cannot recommend Josh highly enough. His exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and genuine desire to help make him a truly outstanding computer technician. If you're looking for someone who will go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction, Josh is your guy. Five stars, without a doubt!

Would recommend. Services are extremely cheap, easily half of what a repair store would cost. He fixed my computer within two days of reaching out and he did a house call so I wouldn't have to lug my heavy desktop into a store.

Josh showed up an hour after my call for help. My PC was down and I had a lot of family pics not backed up. He was knowledgeable and friendly and got me diagnosed right away. He managed to get me running again and able to retrieve my family pics! I will use him to set up a backup drive so I don’t get in this situation again.

Josh is AMAZING! He is definitely a techie and computer wiz! He replied to my request within 2 minutes. Very impressive. Josh went above and beyond to set up my new laptop. He installed Office, transferred all files over, set up my complicated email account, etc. Then, he tackled some malware on my son’s computer and restored a 2004 laptop with “dinosaur” Windows Vista. His price was a fraction of others. Josh is my go-to guy now! And folks, this guy is 24 hours if you have a computer emergency. Sounds to good to be true, but he’s real. Thanks Josh!!

Outstanding. I originally called Josh with a Wi-fi problem a few months ago. He generously solved the problem for me over the phone. Naturally, when I needed a solid-state drive cloned and installed, he’s the one I contacted. Josh came over during the only time I had available - on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did he removed the malware, additional viruses, he also updated my Toshiba 8.1 to an 11! not to mention, he located and installed an affordable battery. J did so many upgrades to my 2014 laptop I AM SPEECHLESS. It runs at lightning speed with many features & protections. It's like having a new laptop.
