Worst customer service. I have been trying to call them for hours and no one answers. Its already 10 am and no one removed the snow infront of the house. While the contract specify that they will make sure that the driveway is cleaned early in the morning at least behind the cars so we could go to work. And till now no one even came. They dont answer. If you have another company in your area look somewhere else.

Excellent service! The company we are currently with didn't remove the snow after a snow storm, we called Delsol and they came within minutes!We'll definitely be switching over to Group Delsol.

My daughter called this morning to report a near collision with one of your drivers backing out of a drive without looking.. Her concern is that there are a lot of children around the Nature Park and he clearly was not paying attention. First off the person that answered her refused to speak English and furthermore he was extremely rude and defensive. Not sure who is taking feedback but obviously someone that is not well trained in customer service. Most of my very close neighbours in the area use your service and we were considering also contacting your company. Honestly this type of behaviour has really made me think twice about how much you value your customers, especially your English speaking ones. I am quite disappointed that this feedback was not taken seriously. I hope this feedback will be taken more seriously and negativity gets around Social Media very fast.

Great customer service! My driveway and stairs are always plowed early in the morning and on a regular basis.....recently had a concern and emailed them after working hours. Within 30 minutes they replied and came back to do what I asked by lunchtime the next day! Can’t ask for better! I encourage anyone looking for a new snow removal company to give them a call they will not disappoint.

Dissatisfied with the snow clearing thus far. Their work is generally very sloppy. We spent several days trying to get them to come back and finish our driveway, which was only half cleared, and they never showed up.The price is very high compared to the quality of work.Edit: The contract is in my partner's name. However you did receive phone calls and an email from me with photos, dated December 9th. My partner contacted several times as well.

Jacques Lombardi from Groupe Delsol is an exceptional person. Very professional, honest in his opinion and pleasant to be with. We truly enjoy our backyard pool and pave. Excellent service from sales reps to the workers that came and performed the job. I got my fence replaced, my tree cut down and my driveway trench drain replaced. They made sure all the work was done by the book , on time , clean and professional. My new fence look awesome! I will definately be calling them for any other landscapping work and i strongly suggest anyone to call them ! Thanks to John , Martin, Jacques , Jean-Pierre and your hard working team! Really appreciate it!

Imagine being trapped during a snowstorm. Imagine to have to go to work and your driveway is locked. Imagine returning home after a long day at work and can’t even make it to your own door steps. Imagine to have to shove the snow continuously during the entire snow season yourself. Unfortunately we are not satisfied with the service. We never seem to have your services whenever they are needed. Always coming after the manpower is done manually.

requested a quote 2 months ago for a new fence, have yet to recieve it. the women who i spoke with(salesrep secretary) was not helpful at all, didnt seem like she even wanted to help me. wouldnt recommend this place to my worth enemy. i understand its a busy time but its busy for everyone if you cant keep your service above average then hire more people instead of never sending quotes and flat out refusing to help clients. what a joke
