People at Orkin very nice.The tech. was very attentive to our questions and answered all. Came to check out how it's going ( a follow up).

We had a problem with field mice - Orkin identified potential areas where they could enter our home. Amazingly - Patrick and Pascal came weekly (as they said they would) to inspect. The mice are gone but would definitely recommend Orkin. These guys are the real deal and do what they say they are going to do.Thanks very much!!

Called Orkin for a problem with flies. Set up appointment for today between 2-3. By 5 o’clock still no show. We took the afternoon off from work only to be so disappointed. No one called to advise us. We called up the office spoke to a woman who told us the technician got hurt and went to the hospital. My anger stems from the fact that with all of today’s modern technology the manager or someone else could have contacted us to inform us of the situation. Poor customer service. The only thing offered was “ we will give you a call tomorrow to set up an appointment .”Are you serious??? What they should ha e said is that tomorrow morning first thing we will send someone else. But obviously that did not happen. And that’s why I do not recommend this company. Poor customer service . Awful awful. Do not call this company. There are much better companies than Orkin!!!!

Arrived on time. Performed a complete coverage of area. Only down side, you need to wash windows after.

Paid almost 100.00$ to have a 15 min visit from a technician who said that he didn't put traps nor other preventive measures. He just guided me and said to continue to do what I learnt on YouTube. I plugged everything imaginable, and I just trapped 2 more mice.Save your money and just watch YouTube and hope for the best.

great first visit, convinced me to sign a 1 year monthly visit contract; has not lived up to it and 6+ months into it, problem persists ; very disappointed considering I thought Orkin was a leader in indsutry and not a fly by night operator

They fired people who want to unionize, very corrupt corporation

Trying to reach the company for a catch, can’t reach anyone for more than 24h. I had to free the poor thing since they were ready to let it die

over 3 months and still has not come. wow called them in the spring for my business and we are now at the end of July and they have still not come by! wow Amazing I can believe clients have to wait over 3 months for service!!!!! find someone else local, save yourself.
