It’s worth a trip to Steinbach to see Faith at progressive! She’s the best!

As a newcomer I relied on recommendation and called Progressive Tax Services. After me and my wife went on a meeting with Katie Turner, we were left assured that she will take care of our first Canadian tax returns. Shortly after I received my T4 from my employer I've contacted their office and left a message for Katie Turner asking her to call me back and discuss my tax return. After I didn't hear back from her I emailed her with the same success". She never called me back or emailed me. I do realize that paper return isn't exactly "easy money" and obviously are not keen doing it
