Good for family dwelling with all built-in eminities. Square Oneshopping centre, Celebration square, library, community & cultural centre near by.

Lived here for 11 years..the management has hit its all time low, non responsive, elevators are constantly not working, no upgrades or maintenance in forever. Has turned into an airbnb hostel where nobody respects others, cigarettes constantly thrown in my balcony and others. This building used to be a gem and has completely lost its touch. What was once was a safe area is now ridiculed by constant police presence and also the fire alarms go off every other day at the most inconvenient times. And on top of it, security also seems to take it into their own hands to return packages back without informing the recipient. It is a great location close to square one and celebration square. That's all..

Best place for live.

Our family's 2nd year renting a suite a this location. We enjoyed the area and accessibility to shopping, food, and the highway. Square One Mall has everything and now a Whole Food on the north side.Traffic in the area is much better than inside Toronto. Parking was free with the rental.

Terrible experience for the price; elevators don’t work and constant loud fire alarms that ring endlessly every 5-6 days at 3 am in the morning!

place is getting old, concierge is great, parkjng good, unit soso and occasionally see bugs

Great location but if you want to park at location ( in the basement) you could get lost trying to get out from the visitors parking. Signs are intended to fool you.

The elevators at this place are awful. One is never working. The other two are slow or stuck more often than not. Long line ups and wait times. Nobody seems to care enough about it to fix this issue. Not recommended for people who value their time or want to keep their sanity
