Happy hour pay only for singing, they don't offer any free drink, water only when you ask ,otherwise they don't prepare.Female server has poker face, seems never learn how to do customer service.

Clean and pretty lights in the room, pricing is not bad as well. a lot of the songs we wanted to try didn't work however so that's why i had to take off a star. worth a try at least once

The facility is good and clean. The service is slow since there’s two people tending to many rooms. You can bring outside food, but no beverages whatsoever.We entered with great attitudes towards the karaoke experience. The machine broke down on us, the microphone broke down, then the remote went. We were moved to a different room only to be asked to pay for a full alcohol bottle if we wanted a VIP room.The other room was worse in seating (downgraded from couch seating to wood) and appearance, but the machine worked. It is not at all user friendly. It takes a very long time to pick a song and the remote is a disaster to use. For all this trouble, they gave us an extra 40 minutes.I’m not at all impressed by the place. $50/hour was unheard of. Would not recommend for many many reasons.I’m glad I was with a close group of friends to make the best of it, but this experience ruined my karaoke expectations. There are many others that have better reviews, and this one I can see how the ratings will continue to go lower.

We had a great time! The staff are nice and accommodating all our requests. We were able to connect to YouTube and play our favorite songs. Loved the lights and the sound!

Went there on a weekday night. Cleanliness and style of the place were decent but the reception added a mysterious, unexpected 15% service charge without explaining it or telling us when we walked in. When we asked for the price before agreeing for their service, we were only told that they charge $10 per person every hour.I would be less frustrated if they actually provided service. All the staff did was walk us to the karaoke room and told us time was up during the whole 3 hours we were there. Tricky and unreasonable way of blindsiding customers.

New management!!! That will drive this place to ashes if they don't change things!AVOID THIS PLACE!Before! My friend and I used to go to this place all the time. The songs and service were mediocre, but still good enough for us. We never had any major issues or complaints.Now! The place looks much fancier. BUT! the price for a small room $300!! Wtffff ... the manager let us in a room because he had 1.5hr spare before a group comes in. He said he will charge us hourly which was ok with us. NOBODY walked us to the room, NOBODY showed or explained how their system works. We were pointed in the room direction. I mean if we are not leaving there $300, it doesn't mean you treat your patrons this way.The karaoke machine was confusing AF! We were choosing artists or songs (english, we dont know mandarin/cantonese), but it kept playing something Chinese. We tried various artists and songs, but nothing. We asked the server to explain to us what was happening.PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO HOW THEIR SYSTEM WORKS! They have their server storage which is filled with whatever songs they have downloaded. BUT their system shows ALL available songs from their storage and the cloud (separate entity).and there is no way to filter thru which songs come from the server and which need to be downloaded. So let's say if you wanna sing Justin Bieber song, you have to wait (quoting the server) it will take long time to download 1song". Which doesn't make sense. All the songs we wanted to sing we would have to wait to download

Very cool place. Very accommodating for 10 people. There’s a minimum of $400 so we had to buy a lot of drinks and food which wasn’t a good idea after coming from dinner. the room was spacious. The machine was easy to use. They had a lot of songs but not a lot of the oldies and the classics. service was good. They do have smoking rooms so it did smell very strong.

I would not recommend this place! There are so many better places! One of the waitresses or workers acted like she didn’t care for the world, had a scowl on her face the entire time was was so unpleasant to be around! Like this women should not work in customer service ever! This was the worst case i had seen. The machine broke down and they had to fix it, half of the items we wanted to order they did not have! Basically all u could get was fries and chicken fingers! All the asian food was not available! Very disappointed!!!!!

Awesome spot! Rented a room for a birthday party. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was awesome, drink selection was great, and for a $10 food fee you can bring in all your own food. Everyone had lots of fun. Would 100% recommend this to anyone!
