A very busy parking lot that is missing numerous stop signs so everyone assumes they have the right of way. Definitely be careful here!

Hope the rent is cheap here I would personally recommend avoid running any business out of here. The accessibility to the lot from the main streets are painful if you're coming from the wrong direction. It's pretty much right turn in, right turn out. Inconvenient at best. One of the front doors for the office space has been broken for a couple weeks now. The driveway that connects this building, the carwash and the keg is an accident waiting to happen. It needs a stop sign or something. Apparently landlords know about this but has done absolutely nothing.
