Have worked here for 11 years and counting. Couldn't think of myself anywhere else. Consider most of the people here family. Good pay, good hours and great people. Of course you'll get people who don't mix well that's life all around. We build quality automotive parts for our various customers day in and day out.

Old plant and systems, they don't give any training to new person I asked for blue print drawing and they don't have, maintain old machinery difficult without drawing.

Company is absolutely terrible. If you want to work or do business with Guelph Manufacturing Group - think again. This company treats their employees like complete garbage. We’re talking profiling, discrimination, low wages.. you name it. What a disgrace.
