Bought some underpants from them just because I was passing by and they were on sale. They turned out to be amazing! I literally fell in love with the way they sit on my butt. I will definitely return for some more underwear.

Just went in to see if there were any pj's on sale. No one approached me or asked me if I wanted help. Found something that was a great price 70% off, then went to the cash. 2 cashiers but was very slow. A lady was helping by taking our purchases and getting them ready for the cashier. If she did not do that, it would have taken ages to cash out. Plus the cost of a bag. Charge us for bags and then ask for donations, but don't force people to donate just to get a bag. I ended up carrying my purchase in the mall.

Me and my friend went for shopping Friday evening. There was 2 employees in the shop. As we were proceeding with the clothes we heard one of the staff telling the other to keep an eye on us with a weird expression right in front of us as we were about to steal and walk away.( that’s how we felt from the scenario as even one staff member was following us and kept offering favour which was uncomfortable ) Felt really bad !!! without any further delay we payed for what we got, billed and left the storeYes there can be theft happening in the store and being cautious is important but even though there were other customers, commenting to the other staff about us in our eye, ear sight was something really unacceptable for us:(

I went into the store today looking for an item that I always buy but it’s been out of stock in my size for some time. Lia helped me find something new that I love! She knows her stuff, she is sweet, patient and very helpful. I have never received this kind of customer service at any of the other locations. This one will be my go to! Thanks Lia! Your awesome :)

Loved the service and attention given to my daughter and myself! My daughter was helped by the staff in selecting a perfectly well fitted bra and a white bikini. It took a while but it was well worth the wait to try out the bra and swimwear. The selections were endless and prices varied a great deal!

I went shopping here today, when I came on the staff were quite welcoming and helpful. I went to go try on three items and I liked all three. The lady who assisted me in the changing rooms brought my three items to the checkout and somebody else began checking my items out. A lady (maybe the manager) came up and asked me where the rest of my items that I tried on were. I said I’d only tried on the three that I was purchasing and she claimed that wasn’t true and that I brought five items with me into the changing room. She said something about me bringing in a green top and it sounded a lot like I was being accused of stealing which makes me uncomfortable. I did not feel good about my purchase at this location and would not recommend shipping here.

My experience with the staff initially when I walked in was warm and welcoming. I got everything I needed and the person assisting me was absolutely fabulous. However, when I was ready to cash out there was another cashier standing at the front. She did not say anything to me, and she didn’t even make eye contact with me. She was extremely rude, and seemed unprofessional with me as a customer, and she was also rude to her coworker who was assisting me. The person assisting me seemed to be new and had a few questions for her, and she also forgot to add one of my items into my bag so I had to do 2 different transactions for 1 purchase which was extremely unnecessary and a huge waste of my time. I also spent a lot of money on my purchase, and would’ve appreciated to be treated with some respect. I will never be shopping at this location ever again. I will also tell my friends and family not to shop here either to avoid rude staff.

amazing location! store is very tidy and has a great visual, super easy to find anything in the store. came by during an amazing sale (50% off)! staff approached me as soon as i walked in helping with my finds for myself, girls all are extremely nice and friendly (and helpful!) and huge appreciation to Gillian, helped me a lot and her customers service is above and beyond as well as a management skills!! definitely will be back to this beautiful location

These stores are really bad now. We went there to buy robes, night suits, PJs, underwear, etc. in Jan 2023.However, when we checked out at the cashier, they said if we wanted bags or not for carrying our big purchases. We was wondering why these stores now ask about silly question. They said if we need bags for items we bought, we must pay 50 cents each bag!!!! Otherwise we can carry all the purchases by hand. What?? Seriously? It means we need to bring our purchases of the underwear, bra, etc. by hand and then walk around the mall with these items on hand? Unbelievable!! Crazy business practice.It is not about the 50 cents. That money is not a problem, but they way the are doing business is very bad and very wrong by using excuses for donation. DONATION IS NEVER A MANDATORY TO CUSTOMERS BY FORCE. At least la Vie en Rose should put an announcement in their front door, that they don't provide bags for customers buying items from their stores, and should tell customers that customers need to bring their own basket or grocery bags into the mall and into these stores.Then, we asked them why didn't they provide bags? Surprisingly, they said it is for donation. So, it means they force/mandate customers to donate for something we do not know where they would donate. They didn't put any information about donation, no sign, no printed paper about donation around the cashier desk.We are very disappointed with La Vie en Rose the way they force and grab customers' money for donation, without letting us know in the first place about it. IF LA VIE EN ROSE STORES WANT TO DONATE TO SUPPORT NARURE CONSERVATION AND REFORESTATION, THEY SHOULD DO IT BY THEMSELVES, BUT DO NOT MAKE ARBITRARY DECISION AND FORCE TO CUSTOMERS TO DONATE. That is totally incorrect business practices.We will let all our families, colleagues and friends to avoid purchasing anything at La Vie an Rose. Other similar stores have much better services and better customer satisfaction, they provide bags for customers.It is not fair to do business like this. If they want to donate, let them do it themselves, and don't force/mandate your customers to donate.We doubt about their donation intention. We suspect they only want to collect cents from customers just for their bottom line.We will never come and buy to this stores anymore.We just want to let other customers a hint, if you want to buy something from these stores, please bring your grocery bags or bring your own basket to the mall (La Vie en Rose stores) or carry your new bra, underwear by hand.Very bad customer satisfaction!! Avoid these stores forever.
