I did not like products low quality crystal, rings break quick and overpriced when I went in February 2023.I mentioned this place at yoga saying I didn’t like quality and whole yoga class heard a story from a ex-customer that was so disrespected from owner over a singing bowl that was bought lop sided.She was so frustrated after driving downtown to the store and wanted to return something online. She was told yes and then another email a day later said no. She managed to reach owner that bullied her and said she was name calling staff. We couldn’t believe it and she showed us the proof. The owner completely made up name calling to dismiss the ex-customer.Whole yoga class including myself was shocked.The owner was unprofessional and immature about the situation. Others and I included will not be supporting business that was so unbelievably unprofessional, mean and the ex-customer deserves an apology. I’m hurt for her.

This store is beautiful. I recently have been getting into crystals. I came here before the pandemic and looking back I didn't appreciate this store as much as I do now.This store has a wide range of crystals and books as well as, tarot cards, incense, candles, singing bowls and much more.I also really loved that there is a table to try out your tarot cards on. To see if you bond with them and feel that connection.I met with the owner and she is lovely. She showed me some crystals and even a crystal headband that you put on your head and just let that energy flow threw you. It was lovely.The staff are also lovely, they are positive and its nice.I am very happy this place exists and I will be back here a lot.

I would like to dedicate this review to one of the employees at Happy Souls. Her name is BRENDA. She is incredibly resourceful and insightful! I’ve been to Happy Souls a numerous of times and my last visit it was Brenda who helped me out by guiding me to the right path with a simple heartfelt conversation and of course a few products w/ the proper knowledge of how to use it at this healing season of my life. She is definitely an asset & gem to this lovely shop.

I was lucky enough to see a live online crystal talk by Happy Souls Joey Wargachuck a couple of nights ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find out about Happy Soul - and that it is right in my city! The store is bright, beautiful, has great vibes and positive welcoming staff. The crystal quality on display is gorgeous. I picked up my online order and had a look around the store before and after. Crystals Crystal's Crystal's. Tons of variety, sizes, shapes, and raw or tumbled. They have tarot, books, incense , jewelry, candles, candle holders, lamps, singing bowls, finger chimes, and many crystals sets such as chakra, or Zodiac sign. Etc. I love that they have online classes and have several for free. Will definitely be going back some day. I used the Green P off Salem st. $2 or so for the hour.

The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The store was very clean and tidy. Wonderful selection of products. They are rather pricey however. I will return, and try their other location.

There are 2 good things about the store.1. is their collection. A lot of greatoptions, well organized and presented. good specimens.2. some of their staff are helpful and friendly.However, I feel they do a great disservice to the spiritual community in these most important times where we need tools of consciousness such as crystals.********* The crystals are way overpriced********, and they are taking advantage of their rising popularity and the needs of the people that want to use them.This may bring great profits for the time being, but it will not incur good karmapercussions for the vast future....It's a privilege to serve others and offer these tools to humanity, these wonderful minerals, and this store is among the many businesses trying to milk as much money as possible from those that need.I refuse to support them and encourage anyone to buy their crystals elsewhere.

It's truly a beautiful store with lots of space to walk around, the trays they offer at the front door make it easy to pick as many crystal as you like, each crystal has a printed out description and the have barcodes, in the jars with the crystals so checking out is easy.They also have a great selection of jewelry, singing bowls, candles, sage, books and Tarot decks as well. The whole experience is very relaxing.

Was walking by the area on a recent visit into the city and saw the store. I had already visited a few crystal shops but I just had to pop in. Thank goodness I did because me and my girlfriend found some beautiful pieces that made us feel good. Nice variety of stones throughout the store, all displayed beautifully and the staff that helped us were friendly and kind. Just like with almost every other crystal shop I’ve been to; some of the prices on things are higher and some of the prices are lower. It all evens out in the end and I spent around 100 dollars on some beauties. My girlfriend spent about 50. Also love their monthly giveaway with purchase. Super excited about that! And an awesome way to give back to one lucky customer. Would definitely visit this place again and I definitely recommend it.

GREAT CRYSTAL SHOP!!!!!!!!! Happy soul makes you have... you guessed it! A happy soul :) I've come here twice and the service/ products have been very consistent. The first time I went in, I became more intoxicated than a drunk driver with a BAC of 0.4. They burn a special incense that smells SOOOO GOOD, and even have a today we are burning" bin at the cash so you can buy it and be intoxicated 24/7. What I really want to ramble on about is their crystal facial products section. They have the prettiest Gua Shas and face rollers for a reasonable price. I got the obsidian (black crystal) Gua Sha for $50 (including tax). Can't wait for my jaw to be more chiseled than a male models abs on a Hugo Boss ad. And to look like a Pinterest girl while doing it! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the raw crystals are not my taste and it can be a bit pricey.
