The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I've been a couple times in the past two weeks. Bought wedding bands about a week ago and they were too big. (My silly mistake) Went back and exchanged them for the right ones. All other jewelers couldn't give me what I asked for in less than 3 weeks and Ben moss gave me exactly what I asked for both times on the spot. Super great experience.

This is the second time of pitiful service and shaddy service . i bought an engagement ring just before christmas and she wanted to charge another 300 to size the ring . i bought their lifetime warrenty and right in it , it says 3 free ring sizings .The last time was her birthday . got her a diamond ring . as part of the sale they said theyd size it for free . but to come in the same lady that i barterd the deal with charged me for resizing it .I hate lies and shaddy ran business's . im done doing buisiness here

Will never step foot in this place again. I went it looking for a cross for my son. I saw an older associate look me up and down and I ended leaving and she has the balls to say have a nice day but rudely. I ending up going to charm in the mall and got better service there.

Bad customer service... March 8, my husband and I went to get some jewellery for both of us. We walk in waiting for someone to help us and nothing and after us a man walk in and then they rush to help him... I guess he seems like he have money and they asume we wouldnt buy because we are young. Really judgemental staff. We ended up going to the jewelry next and got all we wanted. Also notice we buy a lot at Ben Moss... And the chinook store they are always friendly and helpful. This time at southcentre was really disappointed we wont go there again.

Incompetent Customer Service!I have done a very large amount of business with Ben Moss over the years but after this past experience my husband and I will never have anything to do with the southcentre mall branch again!I took my pendent and necklace in for repairs on Jan 2, 2021 and they said they needed to call me with an estimate. By Jan 11 we still hadn't heard back, so I called. They still hadn't done anything with it so they had to call the goldsmith and get back to me... Mistake number 1! Then I got the call with the price and said go ahead. They said it would be within 7 days and it would be done. Jan 25 we still didn't hear from them so I called again stating I would like to know the status of my Jewelry and the associate that answered asked if I received a call. I said no that's why I am following up. She turned around and said oh then it's not in! Mistake number 2! I said well it's been over two weeks and it should be done, can you check. She then comes back on the phone saying it's here and we called you on Jan 14th. I said well we never got that phone call but I guess it's a good thing I didn't listen to you when you answered the phone isn't it! Mistake number 3!Has customer service taken such a hit lately that associates don't even have the interest in helping out their paying customers anymore..... Well don't worry about it because you will never get our money again and be sure that our friends and family will be told to stay away as well because your associates don't have the time to properly help their stores customers!

Went to get my ring inspected and cleaned for the 6 month mark. I didn’t have the “inspection paper”, the first employee pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. He couldn’t even write that it was inspected on a business card ( but chinook did)Thankfully a lady came to help, and wrote it was inspected on a piece of paper. Let’s hope it won’t void my extended warranty. Lesson learned, go to Ben moss at Chinook. not south Centre.

Linda was awesome providing lots of advice. Baby girl got our ears pierced the same day. She provided a lot of advice. We'll definitely go back to purchase baby's earrings and some stuff for ourselves.

Terrible! DO NOT BUY YOURE RING FROM HERE!!! Please do NOT buy anything from here. My husband got our ring here about 3 or 4 years ago and it has been a journey ever since. They went BANKRUPT, 3 months after we go the ring, which made sense why when we bought the ring, they rejected us for financing even though credit was good. Then when they got bought out, I had to FIGHT, for the lifetime warranty I had just paid for months earlier. Then during COVID, they tell me that I was supposed to bring my ring I when they were closed LOL. So I had to fight for my warranty AGAIN!! I AM BEGGING ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY HERE, TO NOT!!! I am scared everyday that they're going to close AGAIN and I am just left with a ring that's falling apart. GO SOMEWHRE ELSE THAT HAS DECLARED BANKRUPTCY before. ALSO, I love when I walk in and 3 EMPLOYEES are huddled together NOT 2 METERS apart, and when I come to drop off my ticket, they stare me down saying nothing, then they act like I'm coming to spit covid on them... after the 3 employees from different households may as well have been sitting on eachothers laps... I'm definitely not okay with any of this. I will be also calling head office. February 14, 2021, roughly around 11am.

I have a wedding ring, an engagement band that was purchased at the same time, and a 5 year diamond band that were welded together BY Ben Moss. I brought them in to have them resized after the birth of my daughter. Hadn't had the rings resized ever since their original purchase. They said whoever did the welding 'did a terrible job and my warranty was potentially voided', when I informed them they did the welding their response was 'Oh sorry that was 'old ben moss' So sure you spent thousand of dollars on that rings set (not to mention the thousands of other purchases my family made for me through the years) but that 'wasn't us', but you can pay us to fix it. I took the ring to People's Jewelers and they quoted me OVER $400 to resize the ring (that just isn't feasible given the impact covid has had on both mine and my husband's incomes due to restrictions.) We were going to look for a 10 year anniversary purchase and now neither are happening, AND when they are they will NOT be HAPPENING at Ben MOSS!

Debbie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped my fiance pick out my engagement ring (it's perfect!) and just helped us choose our wedding bands. I highly recommend anyone looking for jewelry go and visit Debbie at Southcentre!
