Pawsh Pet Grooming

I had taken my pet to this groomer and it was a terrible experience. She was a diabetic dog. The groomer had little patience when my pet was terrified by the dryer and had a bowl movement. They called me to tell me to pick up my dog and never bring her back. The way my dog was treated, I wouldn’t ever return with any pet. Extremely rude and terrible service. I was still charged the full amount of an appointment. I care for my pets too much to ever send them to this groomer.

So I have a very high needs senior dog. She has seizures, she’s partially blind and … an attitude problem. Every groomer has complained about her attitude during her haircuts. At Pawsh, not only have they never complained (even if I leave it a little long in between appointments) but they do the BEST JOB. Molly comes home beautifully groomed EXACTLY how I like her to be! From her eye boogies to her grinch toes, she’s happy and beautiful as can be! Here’s a before and after!

My family and I are new to the area and have been looking for somewhere near to treat our fur baby. I feel like I should have went with my gut and changed my mind. I had a hard time finding the location so I began calling them to inform them I would be late. No one answered, I was calling for almost 5 mins, till I found the location. Our pup is a little over a year and has been groomed often by two other pet groomers. He has never given these previous groomers a hard time and if there was ever an issue I received a phone call. I was told about 2 and a half hours 3 hrs for him to be done. The three hour mark passed and I didn't get a call, so I waited a bit longer. I try calling and the phone just rings. When someone finally answers after nearly 10 minutes later. They tell me he needs another 30mins. So this is now a total of 4 hours. It was a good thing I had inquired about pricing on the phone. No one had discussed pricing with me before hand. So when I asked about the total, I was told they would know by the time they finish with him. Another red flag. Irritated I say ok, then they proceed to tell me they only took cash payments or e-transfers. No debit or Visa. I honestly didn't appreciate being told just before I had to pick up my dog about this as I now had to go and get cash.Do not get me wrong his cut was fantastic, he was so cute!!!! The issue was one, he was still covered in fur when they handed him to me, then they explained that he gave them a hard time. It would have been nice to know earlier so I was waiting over 4 hours for him. I also noticed his behaviour for the first few days after. He wouldn't let any one touch his paws, he tried to bite us. That is not normal behaviour at all.As much as I loved his cut, I don't think I will be bringing our fur baby back.

Left multiple messages hoping to start bringing my dog here after our previous groomer closed and my calls were never returned. Thankfully Precious Pets right down the street had better customer service and my dog is booked for her first groom with them.

Our dog has been anxiety and this groomer does not have the time and patience for dogs that exhibit this trait. Ears and nails were not completed They declined to have him groomed in the future and now we are forced to have him go to another groomer in the hopes we can find one that can work with our dog. I do not recommend this place if your dog is anxious on being groomed. We didn’t have a good feeling that this groomer would provide love and patience to groom our golden doodle.

Love Pawsh!! I have been going there for many years now. Niki and Lisa are the best by far. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else..

Phenomenal service! We took our really young puppy for her nails to be trimmed and they went above and beyond by trimming her hair around her eyes so that she could see better. Very professional and passionate about what they do!

I have been to several pet grooming services and ever since I found Pawsh, I have been taking my dog Chloe here. She always comes out looking great. The ladies are amazing to deal with and Chloe seems to be happy every time I pick her up!
