I had a great experience purchasing the PS5 for my baby brother. I had called ahead and Austin had helped me providing great information. When I came in store there were two lovely gentlemen along with Austin all with great hair but I unfortunately forgot to get their names. They all had great knowledge and helped me so much when it came to extra controllers, game questions, and membership set up. Thank you for all your help and caring to provide the most relevant information. You're the best!

Manager has a bad attitude. Not overall helpful, comes off as rude, doesn't check the inventory of stock when you inquire, also says he has house rules" to limit the sale of product at this location solely on his discretion. Would recommend retraining staff from top down as their is a huge concern in the confidence of the senior staff at this location."

horrible customer service, got a warranty on an item that was refurbished, was told when i bought it that if there WAS anything wrong with it they would replace it with a BRAND new one thats not opened. went to go return it because of faulty buttons and they wouldnt honor it and said they would give me a brand new furnished one". on top of that had to get another warranty as well."

Was in today to buy a game Saturday march 11 about 1 pm 2023. Both workers female and male must have been having a bad day. I over heard the female giving 3 young boys a hard time about not knowing there gift card balance. Come on who always remembers there balance anyway. The young male cashing me out asks for my phone number for my rewards and then tells me it’s expired. I said no its not i just renewed it, he says with attitude alright relax relax. Umm i am relaxed. But for the record when you tell someone to relax the way you did it has the opposite effect. It pissd me off. So i left without making a purchase. How about you say relax to your girlfriend or parents or hey your boss and see how well that goes over. I suggest you guys take some customer skills training because it’s unacceptable the way it is now. Until then i will be taking my business elsewhere. For the record this isn’t my first time getting bad service at this location steeles ave in milton, it’s just my first review. enough is enough.

I’ve always received fantastic service at this location. They have the same great selection as all GameStop locations.

Poor customer service. I had purchased a video game in April. Turns out my nephew already got the game and I just wanted to return the $90 game. Plastic wasn't open but the girl at the front was not willing to help. I understand i am over the 30 day return policy but the product was clearly unopened and she didn't even make an attempt to try to help or ask a Supervisor and overall she seemed unwilling to help and truly seemed like she couldn't carelless. I will not be purchasing anything from EB games again. if i bought the game at Walmart, this would never be an issue. They use discretion for each situation and always put customers first. The girl with green hair told me to go sell it on kijiji. I couldn't believe the service, shameful and disgusting. Milton location on Steeles.

This location always has great inventory. Never had a problem with pre orders or any other purchases here even being very short staffed they se to make it work hereDefinitely one of the better gamestop locations to go to

Dan was very very extremely helpful! this EB games location was by far the most friendliest to talk to in person and by phone. Dan took my name for a reservation and after a month or so, got the phone call from a nice lady and said that the long awaited surprise just arrived and ready for pickup. Patience has its rewards and these guys made it so worth while! Thanks EB GAMES MILTON! Hope you guys get a raise or something. LOL!

This store is my go-to for any collectables, gaming items, and any other video game related things. The employees are very nice and the items are not too overpriced. There is basically a lot of stuff you can buy, anime, Star Wars, a specific video game, or even a Funko Pop you have liked. I’ve been going to this store for over a year now, and it’s a very comfortable place

It's a typical GameStop but the staff who work here are awesome.Had to change my review because the return policy, as always, is horrendous. Not only can you not return games (unless you pay an additional fee for a membership), you also can't return any opened merchandise.
