Just stopped here for a quick lunch, grabbed a cravable and large Chile in the drive through. Did not get my bun for the Chile, they gave me butter and a knife to butter the bun, but no bun. So I paid $7 for a Chile.. if this was the first time I would say nothing, but it's not. Same thing a few months ago. I'm working in town and don't my have time to go back chasing a bun. It's complete incompetence and can't say I'm surprised. Really annoying!

Have had my car sitting in park in the drive thru for 5 min with 1 customer parked in the lot and 2 cars in front. Unacceptable service especially how slow the place is.

This Timmy's is terrible for service.Lengthy waits and customer service is horrible.To top it off.. doors are locked before 6pm on a Friday. And when asked if the lavatory could please be used, it was a hard no due to safety protocol.Pretty sad for a small town coffee shop.

At first I could not hear the person at the drive up menu board. I had to repeat my order 5 times, then when picking up my order, the order was wrong. Not good!!

This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I have gone to the drive thru and asked for a turkey bacon club or a ham and cheddar sandwich. The previous 2 visits they could not make either sandwich for me. 2 nights ago I went through the drive thru and I even called ahead to see if they had the turkey bacon club, they did and I was so happy to be finally having what should be a really great snadwich. I was looking so forward to it after getting off the train. I ordered my sandwich through the drive thru and asked for it to be double toasted . I paid, my boyfriend proceeded to drive away while I looked at my sandwich and it was completely burnt .. I mean blacker then black. This was totally unnaceptable and should not have been served, in fact it should have been thrown out with an apology from the employee and another sandwich should have been made without me having to walk back up to the drive thru window (door to restaurant was locked at 8:45 pm). I gave back the sandwich and they made me another one.. I opened the sandwich (whilst still standing in the drive thru lineup), and this sandwich was no better. I attempted to knock on the window to get the employees attention and was completely ignored. After standing there for a good 5 minutes with no one coming to the window, and now 2 cars in the drive thru, I am clearly more then annoyed. I threw my sandwich in the drive thru lane and left annoyed and still hungry. I have attempted several times to contact the store and everytime it goes to an answering machine that I can not leave a message on.All in all I will never go to that Tim Hortons and I suggest that NO ONE else EVER does.

Absolutely the worst service of any Tim Hortons I've ever had the displeasure of visiting!!..5 people working . 2 people waiting in line and 2 people actually working and nobody taking orders at the counter!!I had to actually ask one if they were taking orders or not!! Everyone you talk to says its just horrible service!!So a complete lack of management !!

Fun story…This one time I drove from London to Glencoe to pick up. Free shelf on FB market place. I originally thought that the add said Belmont ( a sensible 17 min drive from London) but I was wrong and it was Glencoe. Regardless I’m. Man of word so I made the trip out to pick it up in Glencoe.Now. Due to the fact that I’m a city-idiot I figured I’d roll into Glencoe with 5km of gas left cause gas would be cheaper out of London. Well I was right it was cheaper but the gas station was closed and had to call for a friend to come from mount brydges to grab a jerry can and bail my dumb a** out.Yeah yeah I’m getting to the point.So I was very thankful that Tim Hortens was still open. I met the lovely Kayla( I hope I got that right… clearly I’m about as smart as a wet phone book ) she’s was working with another person who I didn’t chat with but they were both professional, warm hearted and genuine. Among so many other 10/10 / 100% positive personality traits that such an establishment should be honoured privileged and lucky to have on the team…. These lovely people are the backbone of society and deserve only the best. Also Kayla made me her favorite drink which I ordered with complete faith. It’s hands down the best Tim Hortens cold drink I have ever had. I for get the name but I highly advise visiting the Glencoe Tim Hortens to try it for yourself( see in store for details while quantities last)I am not affiliated with Tim Hortens nor am I sponsored.Thank you and goodnightP.Thanks for listeningPaul

Every single time we come to this location our order is wrong. I always order a Cafe Mocha with 2 cream.... it's never right.Today I ordered a turkey bacon club and got ham without cheese and some wonderful rotten lettuce! The turkey bacon club photo from last week has honey mustard on it, and the bagel photo was the week before.Now also adding another sandwich, no tomatoes or mayo. - May 26th, 2022Please train your staff in consistency and proper preparation. My husband hates coming here.

Waited for almost 5 minutes while staff including the manager made themselves food and drink. Drivethru staff served 1 customer in this time and they spent the remaining time wiping things down. As the manager says one minute to me after waiting all this time she grabbed her drink and proceeded to the back while taking a sip of it. At this point i left. I understand this is a small town and sometimes a place can be busy with short staff but i counted 6 staff 1 of which was leaving. No other customers waiting in line and no drive thru customers. How does a store like this stay profitable and open?

This Tim hortons is the slowest one I've been to. I just don't understand why it takes 15 minutes to make 2 coffees. Its unbelievable. Plus they throw out everything at least 2 hours before closing. So don't bother coming after 7pm if your hungry.
