Great service, needed a screen for my window gave them the dimensions and in two weeks had a screen.

Walking DistanceDirect Windows Doors & More may do good work but it would seem you have to live within walking distance of them to even get a quote. They kept promising time after time to come out and do a quote and never did show up.We had everything pick out had decided to use this company and all we got were empty promises and the run around. I would give then a 0 if I was allowed.We are now very glad we did not use this company because if there we ever a problem, there would certainly be no service with Direct Windows Doors & More from Truro.

Not the best expierence. Ordered a window from them in December, they couldn't get it in until mid January, when it did come and buddy installed it, there was some kind of streak on the window that i can't get off. Looks like clear caulking buddy used to put it in or something. Not big but still shouldn't be on a brand new window. Then he took a screen with him as i told him i needed new ones. Called a few weeks later they said it should be in next week on Tuesday when their orders come. Told them to give me a call. Never heard from them, months went by. I called few more times, was told several times the person who ordered them wasn't in and they would get him to call me back, to which i never got a single call from them. So from January 15th until almost the end of March and i call last week to see where my screens are they tell me they actually can't even get them because their supplier didn't have the right size screen bar to make them. So i had waited for months for screens that were never coming up begin with. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend, now they have my old screen which i asked for it back, they told me the installer had a job later in the week and would drop it off. The week has came and gone and again, never heard from them. Went to alweather Windows, they said they would have the screens made in a week. Stay clear of this place.
