Cody visited our condo change change out our switches and outlets from the beige colour to the decora white design. Cody is super knowledgeable, professional and arrived when he said he would. He fixed a video doorbell issue I had in under an hour (that I had been messing with for several hours). He saved me all kinds of time and hassle. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need done.

I have hired Cody for two big jobs so far and his work has been great. The first was upgrading my main service to the house from 100 amp to 150 amp, installing a new panel and running all existing circuits to that panel. He completed the entire job in one full day and also had the inspector there the same day. The second job was to install a 60 amp sub panel in my garage and run the wiring for it. This was completed in half a day with the inspector following up the next day.Cody is very professional and works quickly and efficiently. He returns all my calls and text messages promptly and even answers my questions about other electrical work which I greatly appreciate. He has also been able to buy supplies for me for other electrical work when I cannot find stock at the normal home reno/ construction stores. He can sometimes be running slightly behind from the time frame given when first showing up in the morning though.I will definitely be recommending him to all friends and family who need any electrical work completed!

Cody was very quick with his responses and providing a fair estimate. Arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Very friendly and provided great explanation of what he was going to. Installing of 14 potlights. It completely changed the look of our home! Completed the job very quickly and cleaned up well after the job. Very professional and great quality of work. Would recommend and use again.

Looks amazing, better then expected

Cody was very knowledgeable about our confusing 1965 renovation. It took him no time at all to trace back existing wiring and update what needed to be to bring our house up to code without doing any unnecessary work. I highly recommend X-factor electric for any project. I am a contractor who’s worked with many trades and this was one of the most worry free jobs I’ve had.

Highly recommend Cody at X-factor electric. Excellent service throughout! He was so informative without being pushy, answered my many many questions, competitive pricing, and very transparent with his work. We did a major reno in our kitchen and he installed all our pot lights and I’m not sure if I’m more excited about the lights or the actual new kitchen. Under cabinet lighting, upgraded the wall plugs and added more recessed lighting in our living room and dining room.Cody will for sure be our go to guy for all our future electrical needs.Can’t wait to post pictures of the final product.
