We loved the ride.Nice view of the city. We stopped at the Legislature building and at Jasper and it was so nice. We walked a lot and it was a great experience to be in the railway.Highly recommended.

Nice ride, there was some history given but I was sitting further back in the train that I could not hear.All the kids on the train really liked the ride. Was able to take some nice scenic pictures.

I amsolutely adored this train ride. They feature 3 different street cars for which they run 2 a day. It's way more popular then you would think, so you may end up waiting a round or two to get on depending on the weather. Spectacular views and really knowledgeable staff make the experience. It is very kid friendly. It's decent value at 7 dollars for a round trip which goes to helping to maintain the fleet. This whole venture is entirely run by volunteers. I'd suggest doing it for sure.

If you haven't taken the trolley in Edmonton go and experience it. It goes over the high level bridge and the views are amazing. My pictures aren't great.

Railroad buffs in Edmonton, AB, run the two-car antique trolley system that takes visitors over the North Saskatchewan River and returns them for CAD $7 cash for the round trip. The views are dramatic, the conductors knowledgeable and 20 minute ride from the south side to the legislative grounds on the north. The colors of lights on the bridge celebrate holidays among other messages and the two cars cross each other at a spot where they hand off an antique wooden bar.

Great preservation of classic trolleys from all over the world. Volunteers have worked tiresly to provide people the history and experience of travelling in electric trolleys. Punch your ticket and board the historical trains!

We got married on the street car this past October, and give much credit to the Edmonton Railway Society for making it such a memorable experience. Staff were kind, friendly and provided a brief history of the street car and rail line on the way to the ceremony (at my request). The train itself is beautiful inside and out. It was the perfect setting for an intimate and unique ceremony. The views of the river valley are spectacular. I am so grateful we got to have this experience for our wedding.

What a great experience this is!! Fun and beautiful to see the sights, the gentlemen conducting were very nice and informative. Giving some facts and history on passing sights as well answering any questions everyone had! Fun for the kids and adults! Great thing to do with the family for cool experience and beautiful sightseeing.

I had a great time riding the street car during the fringe. It was fun going downtown and back across the top of the high level bridge. I learned a bit about Edmonton's history. The staff were very informative and friendly. I look forward to riding different ones next year.

A fun little ride across the river. The volunteers give facts and point out historical points if interest along the way. Very informative and entertaining.
