Norvic Motel

The owners of this motel are absolutely great. They were very accommodating and had wonderful customer service. The room was very clean and better than other hotel and motel in sudbury. We will definitely stay there again.

It gets a 4 star for its location to the snowmobile trails. Owners were nice. Rooms are only ok but we only stayed to sleep.

Checked in late around 3 am coming into town. Room was decent. They called me 1045 am to remind me check out was at 11 am which I thought was a bit rude. I think next time they should try to be a bit more understanding and more friendlier if they want to attract business in the future. I will be doing a Rather large job( 2months in length) as a business owner in March I will need accommodations for me and 3 men. I will likely go to another hotel that is more friendlier and better customer service skills. Not a happy customer!

Mike was a treat to stay with. We were there with our snowmobile this weekend and whatever we needed Mike got for us. Rooms were great, clean and warm. We will be making this a regular stop for snowmobiling going further.

Rooms were clean but a bit small, nowhere to eat around, so have to order in.

Pros1-on the road before Sudbury and it’s 20 min drive from downtown.2-Handy cost for their rooms two nights costed 225$.3-Rooms are pretty clean4- there is microwave and fridgeCons1- The internet is completely weak and barely buffer YouTube or videos, keeps disconnecting2- the washroom doesn’t have a heating system which is pretty cold3- the rooms are pretty small compared to other places, and the beds are double beds.4- front desk asks for 250$ deposit on cash lol, barely gave him all my cash money and it was 90$5- lack of shower utilities like shampoo, soaps, only one shampoo and one soap for two nights.6- noisy at night because it’s just off the highway, you can hear the car noises all night longBottom line, it’s ok for workers if you don’t have to spend a lot of time in the room, typically not preferable in winter, I’d rather be there on the summer.

It was the worst experience.The ad says breakfast included, it was not and we were asked for additional charge. There was a very strong and bad smell in the room that stayed for the whole 2 days. The owner took deposit in cash and charged me at the end 62 dollars for used 2 pillow cases and bed sheet that were stained a bit with my hair colour. Not recommended at all.

Rooms were super clean, modern and comfortable as well! I came here from the last 5 five weeks, and continue to along the weekends. Snowmobile trail to door #82 is great. Would highly recommend.

Nice clean room. Owners were really friendly and accommodating. Good price for the rooms.
