I've been a regular customer of Planetary Pride for many years. The customer service is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They have everything you could ever need for your smoking enjoyment, and if there's something they don't have, they order it in. They go above and beyond the call of duty, and for that reason, I think they're the best local business in the city. If their products are up your alley, go there. They never disappoint.

Very Rude, Very Overpriced, Very Bad Service.So lets break this down into multiple sections, the staff that works there, most the time is quite rude, not very helpful, and even are guilty of cyber bullying on their social media pages, claiming customers are at fault for all the problems, always being antagonistic towards most people, they have been known to try to silence people and their reviews as well. honestly, self checkout would do a much better job than the current staff. it might have been better in the past but its horrendous now.The prices, never were that good, but they held a monopoly basically since they opened, they claim they will price match but they definitely do not, their affordable glass" was at an outrageous 80 dollar entry point and only goes up from there. now that competition exists they have lowered their prices a bit and claimed that they are offering good deals now

Had everything I needed and really friendly staff, recommend going again.

I had a absolutely terrible shopping experience here in the month of July, my review is a little late , but better late then never , the employee that I delt with was nothing but rude to me and had very poor customer service , I haven't returned to the store since and do not plan on returning anytime soon.

Was filling my lighters after purchasing butane and the girl rudely told me I couldn't stand in front of store also she was about 20 minutes opening.

Stevie is the best. Satya Sandalwood incense recommendation was great. Smells soo good.

I went there in the morning as soon as the shop opened as was out in less than 10 minutes. Their selection, while great, isn't too big but it's understandable since the shop is small.The staff were really helpful and everything I bought was reasonably priced.My only suggestion would be to carry more of the bong adapters. I would have loved to get a different bowl for the bong I bought but what I wanted wouldn't fit unless I had a bong adapter. I mean, I could buy one online but I prefer to go to a shop and buy everything at once rather than buy some things here and buy other things online then have to wait for things to be shipped, you feel me?All in all it was a good experience and I will definitely be back whenever I decide to buy something like a new bowl or pipe or bong cleaner, or something.
