With Jenny gone this business has lost its talent. I attended on Dec 31st for a BioGel set and Pedi w/ Shellac for a vacation I was going on Jan 2nd. The pedicure appeared to look well, but within 2 days the entire shellac polish was peeling off whole and both my nails and my friends nails snapped off.The BioGel nails were so poorly done, bubbles, the shape was awful, and extremely thick. I DID tell the woman during my BioGel application that they’re too thick and she nodded.Once I was in the natural light I realized how terrible they were. I messaged them and asked for a refund. They offered for me to come back the next day but I explained I would prefer to have my money back instead as I don’t live in town and would rather take my business elsewhere.They agreed to a refund and I gave two options that included either in person or e-transfer (I do not live in town and don’t visit often). They read my message and ignored them. After 1 month I asked if they could please refund me — once again read my messages and no response.The total with tax was about $115… I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say is that at least someone is monitoring their Facebook page and by monitoring I mean reading and ignoring you.

Service was great, but my shellac on my pedicure is bubbly. I will need to go back have it fixed

Can’t say enough good things about First Choice Nails. Have NEVER been unhappy when leaving, Suly and her staff always listen and do what you ask. Will never go anywhere else even tho it is a half hour drive for the girls and I.
